Updated app
I now have 4 programs which are numbered !! Before update I had 3 programs and app said exactly what the program was. No idea what model my NHS aids are so can’t look up the model and get a manual.
Add compression threshold
The app is straight forward, but hearing aids lack a compressor to manage loud sudden noise events. Raising the volume to improve heating also raise volume of above normal volume, coughing or clanging of dishes etc. a compressor would allow these events to be lowered without cutting the desired level for conversation.

I love these hearing aids. They work very well better than the other ones I had.
Basic
Useful for pairing to iPhone for phone calls & adjusting volume. Lacks advanced features other similar apps have: great pity it doesn’t have a ‘find my hearing aid’ feature
Not Working
Received my hearing aids three months ago. To date I have had to return them twice as they were not working. Having received them today I discover I am unable to connect Bluetooth.The chat line is of little use.

This app stinks. Bluetooth does not stay connected from iPhone to hearing devices. Have reset numerous times and works for a while but then I have to reset. Don’t expect to get quick help from Signia.
Hearing aids
This is the worst app I ever used the hearing aids are never connected and you don’t ever get the hearing aids to work after you put them in your ear but before you get them they are on but after they usually off and after a week in the charger this is absolutely junk

This is my second pair of hearing aids. My first pair were Oticon. They were much better. I got these because that’s what my Dr recommended. These are by far, in my short experience, the absolute worst hearing aids.
They don’t hold the settings I use overnite while they are recharging.
They go on and off on a whim. Sometimes not holding a charge for a full day.
When I first got them I was back and forth to my Dr for adjustments and fittings and new tips for hearing better and comfort.
The sound is horrible. The whole room and everything and everyone in it increases. If I’m sitting at a table talking with someone right in front of me I can’t hear them. I hear everything else. No matter how I adjust them. The aids light up the whole room with sound except what I need them to, I usually don’t use them when I’m going to be in a crowd, such as a wedding or any social event. Plus the fit makes them very noticeable. Not like my Oticon.
I would never buy this brand again, I mite buy a pair advertised online, and I would never recommend these to anyone. My wife needs aids soon and she knows what not to buy.

Unable to pair
The system worked fine until last night and used it for years. I guess I got the new software update. I have followed all the instructions, but alas the app will not pair with the hearing aids. The hearing aids are working, I just cannot control them with the app any more.
Signia app
The hearing aids are much better than my previous ones, however will not connect to Bluetooth and now unable to control right and left only balance and volume available and speech boost will no longer highlight which is probably due to during not connected, even though my iPhone shows them connected

Iffy app
The app has started to not recognize the hearing aids. About once a week the app announces that new hearing aids have been detected an I have to go through the connection process. Very disappointed.

App update, app freezes, drops the Bluetooth, will not update WellBeing statistics. Terrible app update!
Close but not right
The Signia app provides useful features when they work. It has problems doing simple things, like connecting to my hearing aids. I have had to delete and reinstall the app numerous times to get it to work properly. It fails to work at the most inconvenient times - like when I need it. Very frustrating to own Signia hearing aids and not be able to hear properly when the app changes settings without being prompted and then not being able to correct the problem without spending 15 minutes to uninstall and reinstall.

Not consistent
I have constant problems with the app failing to stream . It is always saying no Bluetooth connection when there is and my iPhone is telling I have Bluetooth working and hearing aids are connected.
Recent update made unauthorized changes
Last update from 4 days ago, 8/20, changed my Program Names from Universal, TV, Noise to Universal, Program 2 and Program 3. How am I supposed to match generic names to what they used to be. This change is an outrage and I want to know why this happened???!!!

Off is not always off. My settings aren’t saved between sessions. Tone stinks.

Absolutely useless
I tried several times with my iPhone and my iPad but cannot connect regardless of what I do. A complete waste of time and money.
