Connect

I have downloaded this app on two different iPhone 16 plus and it’s been unable to detect my hearing aids

Doesn’t connect

Only connects when first switched on. If hearing aid is switched of and in later in the day it won’t connect

Rubbish App

Very hard to make Bluetooth connections, when finally connected and set aids, turn app off and goes back to default. Very frustrating.
Still will not find hearing aids and when it finally does it times out before connecting.

Beneficial

I have used this app for a week as of now. It is simple and easy for me to use.
One thing I would actually recommend and find beneficial is to be able to have this connect with my Apple health app, in which the steps and time would be nice to have. Along with this it would be able to connect to the decibels in helping with the sound.

Patient

So far really great. This is my first day with my Audicus hearing Aids.

Excellent

I could barely hear and now I can. Wonderful and easy to operate.

I’m about as pleased with this app as I am with the audicus hearing aids.

switching off connections

Hearing Aid quite a few times go off line and disconnect mostly at the most unoppotune time ,They have recently come back from the manufacture after a service,

USELESS. Waste of money

No customer service. Do not use them I would rather ask someone to repeat themselves than wear them and still ask to repeat. Have to keep TV and radio at same level because aids give no help. The only brand my insurance company would cover and I still paid additional $4000.

Average wear time

The average wearing time does not work and Spec Savers can’t fix it. It used to work. Adjustments don’t seem to store ?

Needs to do better

This app is horrible. It constantly switches automatically from clarity to normal. Once the volume and tone are set they shouldn’t move! Can’t you fix that?

Annoyed

Great when it works! For the past few months I’ve had an extremely poor quality of life thanks to the instability of this app! I’m using an iPhone 16 and even with repeated visits to Specsavers to try and rectify the issues nothing happens. If you claim to be a caring company then get the issue sorted and let customers have a decent life

Can't connect my Specsavers hearing aids

For ages my hearing aids connected and the app made a difference in different situations. Now, no matter what I do I cannot connect my hearing aids. What has changed?

Junk

It does not ring when u get a text or phone call and none of the other inside the app work like support and anything else in there

Not working

This app is not working. The hearing aids are always disconnected. I must delete and reinstall the app every 2 days as I have just a white screen and no access to the settings. I give up.

Unstable app

The app needs to refreshed frequently to maintain full connection with the hearing aids.

Poor quality

Charging is uneven. Frequent failures to connect to bluetooth.

Unreliable

In my experience this app is extremely unreliable. It randomly changes settings back to default. I feel like I am constantly battling it. Sometimes one hearing aid or the other simply will not pair up with it. I can spend loads of time trying to reload, reinstall, re-pair. And they still won’t work right. When it does work it’s great.
