Not Accurate
My company gave us this app. I used it 2 find a low cost provider for a M.R.I. I needed done. Found one that was low cost and set my appointment. After all said and done, it was a provider not covered by my insurance and I am being billed thousands of dollars. Been fighting for months. Do not use this unless you have to!!!!!!

Love having my insurance contact info and plan info at my fingertips! No more searching!
Super helpful... until you forget your user ID
Not a lot of help if you forget your user ID. No place to click "forgot ID" or anything. Now I'm locked out completely. Other than that, when I could get in, I loved the healthy lifestyle and eating tips as well as the famous quotes. Although a little random, it's catering to a healthy mind and outlook as well.

No more cards to carry
Love that I don't have to have my insurance card with me anymore and my spouse can figure out what our benefits are without my help. I have also used the cost estimator a few times. Nice feature.
Frustrating
If only it would give you the ability to either have your username and password sent to you or reset. If you don't remember your out of luck and can't use it at all.
