The collar only works when it wants to, paid $95 a piece for my 2 dogs and you don’t get a refund on it. I absolutely DO NOT recommend this app or these collars! Find something better if you can!
Don’t bother
I purchased the first collar and it worked for 12 hours. Would not recharge. Received a replacement with nothing but collar (still needed to return first collar). I had paid for a plan. When I attempted to attach new collar to existing plan it would not work. Sent two emails attempting to get help. Worthless
