User reviews

Unable to click on any options

When trying to do teleconsult, can even make a selection on the service that I need

Barely usable

I agree with the one star ratings review above, but bumped to 2 stars because eventually you can figure out how to use it.

Difficult to use

I’m not medically trained and I have to scroll through 1001 list of diagnosis to select using my smart phone. Hope you can simplified the list to layman term and better desktop/web app.

App is down?

App is not opening up. Is it down?

Not very user friendly

This app was not designed with the patient in mind. In order to submit a claim you need to know exactly what medical terms to use and I’m not a medical professional. It sometimes takes me 30 min or more to find all the right drop downs. Really bad user interface as well.
