I played this game for over a year. Since they switched their system I have not got any of my money- my first request was dec ‘25 and it’s still in queue ( as of today that has been 9 months) - it should never take that long.

This is the biggest scam app ever. When I first started it, this was the only app I downloaded where money was made fast and now that I’m ready to cash out I have problems with payout. I should have known by that alone that something was wrong. How are you not going to have a payout selection? The ones you do have are “constantly down” and we’re forced to gamble our money away on this “Acebet”. Like seriously come on be for real here who do you all think you’re fooling. There is NO way that you all have not gotten these payouts up and running yet.

Waste of time
LISTEN UP everyone! Don’t waste your time. You use to be able to withdraw the money directly and without issues, but with the new payment system, it seem like they’ve turned into a scam. I’ve been waiting over a month for my withdrawal and it still shows as “processing “ CUSTOMER SERVICE DOESNT SOLVE ANYTHING. They just tell you that you have to wait.

Don’t waste your time
Been waiting 8 months for a payout and every time I talk to customer service they tell me I’m “in queue”. Such a scam.

I requested payment to Venmo on Dec 9th 2025 and in Jan or Feb 2026. How hard is it to send me $50 and $40? Why is taking 9 and 7 months and still nothing and keep getting the same old excuse.
I say keep scrolling and don’t download because you won’t get money for a year and maybe not even that fast.

Don't use this app
They updated this app and now you don't get the money that you earned. They put your money in "queue" and you never receive it. I have two different amounts, $50 and $25.24 that have been in queue since June 7th.
Avoid
It hasn’t been a good app for a long time. They don’t payout consistently (if at all). They capped payouts to $50 per transaction, but if you are even able to get it to go through, it sits in a queue. Honestly, I’m not convinced that the queue is real. I’ve had a payment pending since December 2025.
Customer service is awful. They auto-resolve tickets that are related to payouts and if you do get a response, it’s a generic response that doesn’t solve anything.

Scam 100%
Two $50 payouts requested at the beginning of May. First couple months they said oh it’s processing. Then they would close my support ticket. Now they just stopped replying and my tickets close automatically when I try to open them.
Waiting
It started off okay! I would notice that I would earn money but it wouldn’t show correctly in my wallet. Withdrawal were slow but now I have been waiting since March 29th and it’s September. Come on! I tried to contact support about 3 weeks ago and never heard back. They already hold the fund before you can cash out for like 6 weeks and now I still have to wait 6 months since I initiated my cash out! If I could give 0 stars I would. There are too many pay to play apps out there for this app to pull this type of stuff!

SCAM
I made a withdrawal from my balance back in January, 8 months ago, and still have not received my money! I’ve contacted support several times and all they’ve been able to tell me is that “it’s in the queue”. I’ve since gave up and deleted the app cause it’s a huge waste of time!

I’m going on 9 months after submitting a withdrawal of the funds I earned and still it says payment in queue. I’m starting go believe I won’t be getting paid. Such a scam by trying to steal your information and not pay. Don’t waste your time.

Just like the others have stated, since the update last Dec the payments have been “in the queue “ I’m still waiting for the $200 and my husband is still waiting for more than that…. Since Dec ‘25

When you go to cash out it says withdrawals are temporarily unavailable and its been like that for weeks

Do not download. You will never see the money you earn. They left you transfer once through Venmo and then it suddenly “it’s available right now” and the only option is to transfer the money to yet another gaming/bit coin app. Not worth it! Only gave 5 stars so the review would be seen.
Don’t waste your time
They let you withdraw the the dollar when you download whatever that they lie and say PayPal Venmo is down and they force you to use some type of other source after you reach eight dollars which I don’t feel like doing because I’m not gonna keep making accounts just to receive money that may not even be true. Don’t waste your time on this app. They say we’re fixing it now it’s just down temporarily that’s not true they’re not gonna fix it and it’s down permanently.

Bad customer service
I put 5 stars so this review might be read by people wanting to download this app.
I use to love this app but then they changed things! In the past if I had an issue they would respond with an email and respond within 48 hrs. Now there is no response and no way to track submitted tickets. I had to make 2 different withdrawals to cash out my $100 ( $50 each ) paying .99 cents for each of them to go to my PayPal and no response from customer service! I’ve been waiting on one since May 13, 2026 and the other since June 23, 2026. I will be submitting tickets once more and see if they will respond within an email. I’ve loved this app but it is infuriating that they don’t even have the decency to respond anymore! I think they have just turned into scammers now and have just took everyone’s money and run!!!! It is such a shame!!!!!!!

Just submitted another ticket and reviewed it only to see it’s saying SOLVED!!!! How is it SOLVED whenever it was just submitted AND I STILL DON’T HAVE MY PAYOUT!!!!!!!
