With all the new ads i can't even use the app, it gives an ad then crashes and gives another ad.
Not happy
I have been waiting 8 months to cash out $50 I have sent in messages to customer service and I have not gotten a response. Don’t waste your time on this app it won’t pay you what it promises!
They used to pay.
I have been using the app and getting regular payouts until a week ago. I keep trying to get the funds l have legitimately earned through gaming and l can’t claim them. My only option given is Acebet and l do not gamble so l don’t care if they give my a 10000X bonus. I have sent numerous messages to support to be given the Venmo/PayPal options to get the withdrawal and get canned messages back stating PayPal and Venmo are the options-please use one. I would love to but it is never given to me! I will post a negative review everyday until l can get my earned funds out. This used to be a good app. They suck now….

Pays Once Then Stops Do Not Use
I have contacted support many times. I validated my available cash to withdraw and confirmed I had been compliant and each step was done properly. I withdrew $20 and it was fine. Months later I have withdrawals that have been “in the processing queue” for 4 months. App support says nothing is wrong, just processing and nothing can be done. Paid for upgrades to games and achieved the tasks, but the app no longer processes payments. I have made multiple attempts to resolve the issue.

Change it back
They need to change the app back Devs if you’re listening and I doubt you’re listening change it back you’ll make more money if you change it back you’ll make everybody happy personally I lost over $400 messing with this app
At one point was great but now it is awful I would give it -5 stars if it was available
I had the app for a couple years now and in the beginning it was great, the longest I had to wait to receive money was a week with no fee. But, last year they had did an update which changed how you can receive the money (with a 99 cent fee) and I withdrew $50 (the highest you can withdraw) on December 22, 2025 and its still processing and its now May 31, 2026. I had contacted them over it every month over the issue and they will say the exact same thing that it is “processing” it should NOT take that long to process to receive what you earn. I recommend not using this app and try Mistplay which they have done me good. The longest I had to wait for Mistplay was 48 hours to receive what I had earned.

Crooks
I earned up to almost $40 over the course of months. Went to cash out, the money was pending for months and now it is just gone. This is a fun app to have your “earned money” stolen back by the app. Absolute crooks and thieves. If you’re looking for a money making app, this is NOT the one.
Used to be great
I love the games available and I’ve made quite a bit playing over two years but the withdrawals taking more than 2 months is insane. And Rose with support just send the same automated email like hahaha we are trying. It was never an issue it was same day payout and now it takes 2 MONTHSSSSS. This is insane.

UNRESPONSIVE CUSTOMER SERVICE
I have been using this app for years, I really liked it. It was working well until one day I lost my streak and there was no pay to restore option. I reached out multiple times to this app and no response. Finally I got an email saying my account had been inactive for 90 days and that I lost it because of that. I had been on over 365 days straight and missed the streak by a couple hours and there is an option to pay to restore but they will not allow me and said I was inactive when in fact I’ve been using this app everyday for more than a year. I used to love this app, but after this poor experience I’m done.

Scam
I only put 5 stars so that this review will be displayed. They are a SCAM. Every time I try to cash out there is always something that they have to review. I played the games fair and square and I just want my money. They have no way to contact them. And it took them over 3 weeks each time to respond to my inquiries through email. And if I could, I would give them no stars.

I had never had any issues with the app until it went through a very longupdate” now I’ve been waiting for my $80 payout since early December!! When I emailed customer support I got a generic response saying “due to high volumes your payout has been put in a queue” I really want to know how long the queue because it’s been 8 months!!!

Scam-ish
The games are easy to hit the rewards tiers, very clear and straightforward but DOES NOT LET YOU WITHDRAW REAL MONEY after the initial $1 test. They basically force you to withdraw through acebet, some random online casino

After waiting nearly a year for a measly payout (measly for them; would be helpful for me), their most recent “update” now forces an Ad if you even attempt to check the status of you wallet. Started off good now just a scam
When app first opened up worked great. Had a couple payouts with no issues. But I put a payout back in April and when I message for update no reply from support. Company is a scam now before. Don’t waste time with them!!

The only thing that the app is not working right is the payout. I tried to cash out in December and it said I had to wait until January. In April it said I was on a waiting list and I still haven’t received anything yet and it is almost august
It got worse
It paid years ago now it doesnt. The offers are paying less and requiring you to do more. They dont pay you. Ive had money pending for months, like other people i know
