Slow cash out
It has been almost a month since I requested a cash out . They only allow to withdraw $50 at a time and it takes forever. Messaged customer support 4 times and did not get a reply once. Improved? Yeah, NOT a chance!

Was my favorite app but has gone down hill what use to take about a week to get your money has turned into months been waiting 3 months and put in ticket to support and have y heard nothing from them. Every upset with Benjamin went from 5 stars to 1 star
They don’t pay
July 30th Update: On Dec 9th I was allowed to “withdraw” but not really. They put the money in a queue that gives you an estimated time for when it will process to my account. The estimated time says 3+days. That was on Dec 9th! It is now May 25th and I have not seen a single penny. Over 7 months is absolutely ridiculous and I doubt I will ever see that money but I will continue to update until something changes. I have received multiple developer responses and customer service emails since reporting this issue. They are all the same repetitive emails stating that they cannot provide any time frame for when I will be paid out.
Also there seem to be recent reviews that express that they are getting paid. Either they are bots, lying about the payout or the company is lying about the queue paying out in the order it was received. This company is a scam!

Legit!! No gimmicks so far!
I had tried this app prior and had many issues with rewards being delivered. Not to mention the tasks assigned to get the rewards were taxing so I deleted it. Now, rewards are deposited right away to my account. No issues. Loving this app so far!
Used to be great
Have enjoyed this app for several years playing games and making a little extra money. On June 14th I requested a withdrawal. Was told my request was in a queue and it could take a few days. Today, July 29th and still “in queue.” I’ve message customer service with no response. In the meantime, I kept playing and earning money here and there. Not looking to get rich, but cashing in the money I earned would be nice. Really disappointing..

Don’t download used to be awesome
I’ve been waiting almost a year for a payout and I’m still waiting. Used to be within a day and now here I am! Reporting as a scam to apple and the bbb like google says! Only gave a 5 star review so it’s shown!!

I have been waiting on my money and it says contact support to make the process faster I contacted them multiple times and no response to any of my emails
Long waiting time for withdrawal
They updated the app where i couldn’t withdraw my money for 3 months then when I go to withdraw they put it on a queue and it’s been 1 month 16 days since I put the withdrawal request and still haven’t received the money. Support is useless just tells you the same thing over and over. Been 8 months since I put a withdrawal request in and never received my money. This app is a complete fraud and needs to be taken off the app stores asap

Don’t waste your time
I have no idea how this app got such a high rating. I download it about two weeks ago, I went to cash out and the only option it gives me is Acebet. Customer support is nonexistent. It seems. I put in a ticket about a week ago about this issue and they have still not responded. Again, don’t waste your time.

scam ?
I’ve been playing Benjamin for 537 days straight including today. I force myself today to write a bad review here because I have contacted them three times for a withdrawal of $50 in June 21 and they still don’t reply.
Used to Be Legit, Now A Scam
I had made almost $300 total through Benjamin and enjoyed finding new games that actually interested me. However, they removed bank payouts at the end of last year. I requested a Venmo withdrawal on Dec 28th and as of today, March 16th, it’s still “processing”. Really sad because this was one of the few good ones. Don’t waste your time.

*****NOT PAYING OUT*******
I have $150.00 “pending” for over 3 months. My wife has over $300.00 “pending” for over 6 months. We have sent email with no reply back. It was a waste of time watching adds and taking surveys.
Misleading
DO NOT USE!! This app used to be great. In Dec 2025 they made changes and I have 3 payments “pending in the queue” since December. I’ve submitted multiple customer support tickets and they just keep saying it will come and I have to wait. This is unacceptable and I’m so disappointed after having such a good experience with this app prior to December.

I absolutely loved this app at first. I’ve been playing on it for over 2 years now. Unfortunately when they updated the terms they stopped paying people. I have 3 payouts that are “in queue”, one is from December of 2025! They owe me over $146 and I’ve emailed them numerous times with no response. I’m so disappointed in this app and the way they do business!

Doesn’t pay
I have several requests for pay out (max request is $50), but nothing has come through for April, May, or June. I’ve cashed out to Venmo and PayPal with no result.

I can’t even get through, at most, a couple of minutes of play without an ad. Won’t stay with this long.

Horrible experience
I have enjoyed the game until the new update. Since they changed the payout process you can expect to wait months on end to get payment with no actual support from customer service except to be patient with the payout that they can’t give you a time when it will actually pay out. I’ve been waiting since December to get my payout and had to wait months to even start the process in December. Support just says it’s processing and gives no eta on paying out. Definitely is feeling like I’ve been scammed.
