Tengo desde diciembre del año pasado de querer comunocar con servicio al cliente y no he podido ya que desde esa fecha hice un retiro de 150 dólares para mí Paypal y nada que lo recibo y menos que ellos me contestan los correos ya que desde la plataforma servicio al cliente no funciona no sé qué pasó con la plataforma antes de las mejoras que hicieron el año pasado todo estaba bien yo llevo más de dos años con ellos pero como dije desde la día que mejora del año pasado esto a decaído porque no es5an pagando 8 meses en espera llevo

No payout
I removed the app cause i requested withdrawal in december. I had enough to withdraw well april came no payout. When people put time and effort into something for little cash they dont want to wait months for a payout. I can understand maybe a week or 2 but months is ridiculous. I have cashed out once and it was only a few days waiting not months benjamin ill come back if you make changed to better the payout system. NEED TO LISTEN TO YOUR PLAYERS. And fix this ive seen many in the same queue issue. Which is sad.😢

This is the worst gaming app I’ve ever used the surveys constantly kick you out no matter what answer you give and when you make in game purchases there’s always an issue with apple telling me I owe I had to pay back twice for something I already paid for all and all this app sucks

I have been waiting for weeks to get paid and PayPal and Venmo are still not working to get paid. .they still have not fixed this. I would not waste your time.
