In two places the game is frozen. Please help
Worked for awhile then stopped
I’ve been using the app for a little bit, took a small break then decided to download a few new games from their site to earn some more money. Not once but twice now the game goes to pending then it gets removed so I’ve now lost the ability to get rewards for all the steps/milestones I’ve completed in the app. I reached out to support twice over it and I’m being told, nope we can’t do anything. The last ticket I put it was just set to closed even though it was a different issue. Looks like I’ll be deleting this app next if they don’t want to listen when I let them know there’s a bug on their end. Not my problem that their app isn’t tracking things properly. Not like I haven’t been in the IT industry for the last 12 years or anything either. If you want to waste your time go and download this app to be disappointed.
