Order Pickup, Have to Wait Anyway🙃
I’m a regular customer, I have a Ben’s in my local Meijer. Today I was really craving a Pretzel Dog & there’s usually always a wait when I order. To avoid that, I decided to download the app & place a pickup order. Not sure if the system is laggy or the workers just didn’t pay attention, but when I came to get my order at the time stated. I STILL HAD TO WAIT! Sure 7 mins doesn’t seem like a long time but it literally defeats the purpose of what I was doing! 🤦🏾♀️

Where did my barcode go? Looks like I can only earn points now by ordering online? I liked the other rewards program. Not much point keeping the app now :(

These are the best soft Pretzels ever! I love them. It’s inside the Walmart in Flemming Island in the very front of the store. Extremely easy to find. All of the personnel I have come in contact with, are very friendly and helpful. Top notch store and the people are friendly and a big smile under their mask!! Great food and people. Five Stars for sure ‼️‼️‼️

Love the Pretzels not the app
Every time I try to log in it keeps saying server down!! So you can’t even order online because we need to log in and it doesn’t work!! Very fustrating!!
They do not hold true to app based gift cards or offers!
Employees will deny existence of app and will not accept any offer via it
