Please add the wishlist feature back to the app. I just saw that it’s now back online but i can’t access it on the app which is where i store my purchase info etc. it’s dumb to have to search for the same

Terrible app experience
The first and last time I ever use this app. My order got split into 2 shipments, which was done automatically by the system. This would have been fine, however, the second part of my order got shipped to a different address. I called customer service and they said that they have no control over what happens in the app. The can only send FedEx to pick up the package at the wrong location, but this is not guaranteed. Have you ever heard of anything more ridiculous - that they can’t resolve their own issue?!? Never buying from this low tech company ever again…

Libertine Jacket
I purchased a Libertine jacket on line along with expedited shipping costing $25 extra. The jacket was to arrive on Tuesday 9/9. I was not notified that I would need to sign for it.
FedEx was to deliver the package, but didn’t because I was not home to sign.
I called FedEx and Bergdorf multiple times and spent multiple hours on the phone. There was no one to help!!!
I reached representatives in the Philippines at FedEx who didn’t know what they were talking about and I was disconnected several times after holding on for 40 to 45 minutes.
The representative that called me back from Bergdorf was rude, unprofessional, evasive and not helpful, even though she kept saying “I’m trying my best to help you get your package” and the she informed me that she had to go to a meeting and she would call me if she solved something to help me acquire my package. When I tried to call her back, I found out that her voicemail had not been set up, and there was no way to leave a message. Her name was Amanda.
Finally, I went to the FedEx office in Danbury where my package was supposedly and picked up my package which Bergdorf had said could not be picked up.
One representative in the main customer service office named Phillip was extraordinarily helpful and patient and he had tried to help me.
My experiences with Bergdorf and FedEx was horrible. I’m not sure that I will continue shopping at Bergdorf Goodman because they’re uncooperative and unprofessional. I am very disappointed and puzzled by the poor way this event was handled.

What Happened?
This was never a great APP but since Saks bought BG/NM out it is even worse. I just deleted and reinstalled this app to see if it would help. There’s no wishlist on my new installation plus I can’t add my Bergdorf’s credit card! I haven’t investigated everything yet but already I am frustrated. I hope shopping will be easier. On the old app I would see the same merchandise over and over!! Very messed up.

Super seamless and easy to use, I’m so impressed by the BG app! I’m able to browse for the products I want so quickly - shopping is such a breeze!

‘Click here to pay’ doesnt work again after inputting info for the 5th time. Why would you even want to check-out anyway? Things look better in the cart.
Glitch and old fashioned app
This app is horrible. There’s a hug lag when tapping around, it’s oversensitive to touch when your scrolling so will click on items that you wanted to scroll past and then you try to return to the collection with the back arrow and it takes 4 taps to get it to respond, by which time it things you want to go back 2 steps and you end up at the main landing page and have to start all over

That’s almost 2x more than you want to spend. I realize at this price point it’s all a lot of money but there actually is a big difference I spending. 3 vs 5k on a single item. Literally every other shopping app lets you set a max or min price

Love the products, but not the app
BG has always been known for high end designers and I’ve been shopping there for a number of years. Unfortunately, this app isn’t a good representation of the white glove service and usability I have come to expect. It is horribly glitchy and forced me out on at least five instances in the last thirty minutes.

Can’t play music while in app
Any app that pauses the music you’re listening too automatically is silly.

Place order without confirm, with wrong price, can not cancel order. It's a very very bad app.

I love BG, but this app is pretty poorly built. Sometimes it closes out for no reason. If you tap on anything there is a serious delay before anything happens. And when scrolling through options the app will just glitch and scramble the order of items so you end up scrolling through the same things again.

Someone's nephew clearly made the app
Nepotism is the best. except when he gets you a terrible app. Getting advertised discount coupons that don't work and have placed two consecutive orders in a row only to have them cancel the next day because the inventory wasn't actually there.
