Still not that great

Multiple problems on a daily basis. Always gives me problems. Trying to sign in half the time wont let me. If the government can acquire your location an your microphone at any time then our apps an service should be 100 percent reliable pretty simple

I’ve been a Berkshire Bank customer since my 1st passbook account when I was 6 years old ….. I really like the new updates and the customer service has always been excellent ….. thank you for everything

Used to Work

This app was fantastic. But with the new iPhone 14 and iOS 16, Face ID has gone away. I now again have the option to use touch ID which hasn’t existed since iPhone 12. Communication with the bank is useless as they repeat back to me instructions that I’ve told them is the problem. Maybe they’ll listen to a review.

Doesn’t work well

My wife and I just opened up a checking and savings account at Berkshire. I have not been able to make a mobile deposit. The app keeps saying that the option is not available to me. I’ve called customer support and the only answer they can give me is“delete the app and reinstall it and see if it works then” I’m not real happy about that

Okay

As the title states. The app is okay. Constantly have to re-input password instead of using Face ID. Only app with this issue that I have. The deposit check function is par at best when compared to banks like Bank of America.

Facial Recognition

I enjoy the app for every day banking needs. The earlier version of my phone allowed a login with a thumb scan. My current phone allows facial recognition but this app does not. That would be an improvement for my needs. Remembering passwords in this age is not easy. Thank you.

To many steps

I use other banking apps to deposit and they are more user friendly, just sign take a pic and deposit, I had two other people trying to see what I was doing wrong and at the end I had to call the bank to figure out what I was supposed to do, not sure why I need to write instructions on the back of the check and my back account number seeing I’m logged into my account already,

Berkshire Bank West Stockbridge Branch

I love having a Local Berkshire Bank Branch in my town. The staff are very friendly and helpful, especially aren’t Mooney who has been with your bank many years. His experience and expertise is very valuable.

This app has a major privacy concern

The Berkshire Bank app pastes anything that you have previously copied, for absolutely no reason. Not sure where it pastes too but if you have anything previously copied you’ll get a message at the top of your screen that notifies you. Someone needs to look into this, this shouldn’t be happening.

Second time mobile deposit not accepted

Frustrating as I get a message that my mobile deposit has been declined since it doesn’t specify for mobile deposit only however this is clearly indicated on the back of the check‼️

Doesn’t allow me to log in

I put in my user name and password and it tells me it is wrong, but on the main website it works just fine. After calling them and explaining the situation they tell me I locked myself out and I have to wait 24 hours to try and log back in. So I did that and STILL DIDNT WORK. Also every time it updates this happens to me, logs me out and says it is incorrect. Terrible.

Big help!

The young man that helped me through this on the phone was excellent. I feel bad I can’t remember his name, but if you check the phone records to find out, you should give him a big kudos!!!!!

Could be better…

I upgraded my phone and now can’t log in with face ID, doesn’t have the option to turn on nor does it show up in the settings on my phone. My other phone had the latest version of the app too. Makes no sense.

Good app, but some issues

Overall a good app to view your money and your transfer.... however every now and again it will make you log in again and if you don’t get your password correct you are locked out and it’s such a pain to get it back

It’s a decent app. Only feature I’d like to see would be the bill schedule functionality that the website has. What bills are scheduled, due to be paid, etc.. otherwise it does it’s job.

Online banking app and website app

This on line banking app is very confusing
I can’t find where I can view my payment history. I have called Berkshire bank and have been on hold for 40 min every time I don’t have the time to wait for someone to pick up for a simple question
This is unacceptable

Not working

The app is not working on my iPad Air 2 since the latest update. I uninstalled and reinstalled the app but didn’t help.

Appears to be working now.

User friendly

Website is clear, easy to use. I love remote banking!
