Order Ahead!!!
This app is amazing for the Gourmet Food Truck business. We are able to create shifts and provide an order ahead link to the client site. This allows for contactless ordering and sends automatic notifications when the order is ready. If you’re in the Gourmet Food Truck business this is a must have!

Love this app! I order food ahead without having to wait in line. I am also able to see if there are more than one truck on location. Highly recommend this app!
Missing info
When a lot organizer hasn’t posted any shifts, there is no way to contact that organizer because the “contact organizer” button is only available once you tap into a posted shift. Please add the ability to see the organizer’s contact info even if they haven’t posted any shifts.
And, there is no method of contacting BFT tech support through the app. It would be nice if there was a “contact support” option in the menu.

I was a little hesitant at first about introducing the online ordering into my flow but it’s proven to do wonders for my business. Not only has it tripled my customer list but it’s allowed me as a food truck owner to really monitor what sells most and what locations work best for me. On top of the online ordering, it’s also super easy to use for booking my lots and organizing my calendar. Everything needed to keep my crazy work life in check is in this app so looking back I don’t know how managed without it before. :)
