Scheduling never works
I can’t actually schedule anything through the app. It doesn’t allow you to select dates.
Doesn’t work to book appointments
This app is pretty much nonfunctional. It doesn’t allow you to book appointments, day care or boarding and won’t show prices for any services. This bug has been there for at least the 6 months I’ve had the app.
Can’t submit requests
Boarding for multiple days is easy to request reservations for. If you want just a one day of doggy day camp, the app won’t let you book it.
Easier to use than the website
The app is much friendlier to use to update profiles and vaccination records compared to the website. I also appreciate the easy-access links to the webcams. It was always a hunt to find the cameras on the website. However, I’ve tried to check in on my boy numerous times via these webcams and they haven’t worked for me. I was told they were working getting them up and running again, but it was frustrating knowing the links were *right there* at my fingertips yet they didn’t work. Being able to see all previous reservations and future reservations is easy. Overall, the app appears and for the most part is, easier to use than the website. Please get your cameras/webcams working!

I agree that the app makes it so much easier to make a reservation, check my points, and know when vaccinations are due. Making reservations takes less than a minute. Thank you Best Friends!
App is awesome
We board our dogs at “doggie Disney” both for park stays and extended trips. We often have grooming done as well. The app is great for tracking what I have reserved, so I can keep track. It’s much easier than the website.
Speedy and efficient
Love that I can do things with a few simple clicks now. So much easier than having to call and wait for a call back, or communicate back and forth via email.
Great idea to get an app
The Best Friends app is user friendly, visually pleasing, and easy to book reservations. The pet cams (when working) are much easier to access through the app. The only suggestion is to have the ability to send in updated vaccine records through the app instead of emailing them.

Love the new app! Makes it easy to see upcoming reservations and I love the pet cam. Staff is wonderful and so friendly. Definitely recommend.

Boarding
Works well to see my account and reservations, but having issues actually being able to book a boarding reservation through the app. Once that is fixed, this app will be perfect and deserve 5 stars!

Finn really enjoys playing with his counselors & running & chasing the other small dogs.
The daily report card lets us know about his activities, along with our ability to monitor him via the webcam. We fell that he is safe & active.

Best Friends Disney location
This location is amazing! They always know my dog by name when we bring him for a stay! He is always excited to go as well. We love the grooming service and the report cards. They have always been quick to call with any questions or

Easy to use. Happy doggy
App is easy to use and allows for easier booking. Always get a call to confirm my booking which I really like. And always have a happy doggy when I pick her up. Love this place.
Reservation Updates
The app has gotten better overtime, and now I wish I could update a current reservation on the app to extend the date instead of having to call.
Ok app but I prefer website
The app is fine but I’m so used to using the website on my computer that I find it easier than the app. My 32” monitor is so much better than a tiny phone screen but the app is a good alternative when you’re not at home
