下载了好几个闹钟app就这个可以间隔计时
Easy to set up. Pretty flexible.
I’ve been using this for years to do specific hiit training and other routines. I never felt a need to look for any other round timer, it facilitates all my needs
Great app.
Provides everything I need for my New York Times eight-minute workout. Easily adjustable, and easy to use. I could do without the ad each time I go to turn it on, but it’s easy to skip over that.
Only 1 programmable routine
Easy to set up, save, and use

Works well, easy to use
Easy to set up. Pretty flexible.
It’s a good app. The one change I would like to see is the ability to save multiple intervals: like Week 1, Week 2, etc. I appreciate that it is free.
