Right now I can’t get into it and that’s right after the update. Pictures are great. The picture comes on but nothing is moving. Please fix this.
played a lot of jigsaw apps, and this one? Top-tier!
The two-row puzzle selection is something I didn't know I needed until now. The images are so vivid and unique, and the interface is very user-friendly, especially for them. The interface is super intuitive, and those images are just...WOW! 🧩✨
Really nice jigsaw game
Some beautiful and unique images and probably the best jigsaw game controls, can play multiple modes!
Battery Destroyer
Love this puzzle app. Very good, but man does it deplete your battery in nothing flat. Any other game I can get through the day. This app, starting at 100% is down to10% in under 2 hrs unless plugged in - and it still will use more battery than is continuous charged. Makes u wonder what cloak n dagger stuff is utilizing it. They really need to fix this. Then I would give it a Perfect 5.

Often freezes
Plenty of jigsaws to choose from with various difficulties. On the whole I am enjoying this app.
But it frequently freezes and and sometimes a piece is missing and the only way to find it is to close and reopen the app until it appears without freezing. Quite frustrating especially as you have to watch the ads every time.
Think it’s quite expensive to purchase without adverts especially with this problem.

Great puzzles.
Having same issue of game locking when I delete and reinstall I lose all that has been collected. Please fix ASAP

Enjoying puzzles, good choices.
Has bugs
Puzzle pieces freeze in wrong place. Have to reboot to unfreeze. Very annoying. Could be great, instead it’s frustrating.
Best Jigsaws HD
These puzzles are very colorful and look good when they are completed. I have trouble with some of the pieces sticking to the middle of the picture and have to re-start the picture. I enjoy completing them.

And this app has a great selection of puzzles but I was sad to see that the last puzzle I had almost completed with dragonflies, moons shapes ect. Disappeared on me almost 600 puzzle pieces ☹️
Very promising!
Been playing this app for 3 months now and this is by far the most beautiful Jigsaw game with HD images that will not annoy you for a while. The image colors are terrific. I like the smooth game controls - very realistic. And hey, it's a free game!

Best jigsaw puzzle
Every time I get points added up my game locks. The only way I can find to unlock puzzle is to delete the app and start over from the beginning. I’ve had to do this several times. Is there another way to get the app unlocked? Thanks in advance for a solution to my problem
Good and bad
I love the general construction but some of the pieces lock on others inches away. You have to keep scrambling or reloading to get them loose
Good but need to fix bugs
I love it but I cannot finish one whole puzzle because the pieces won’t engage and sometimes I have to restart over and over because pieces are missing or the pieces won’t connect and there is no way to contact any support for the problems.
Not user friendly
1. Upon downloading, it does not provide basic instructions on how to use the product. Instead, it just tells you where things are.
2. The puzzle pieces do not sit flush with one another on the board once they are properly put together (and I did get a “ding” sound letting me know they were compatible pieces).
3. The pieces got stuck in the bottom tray, so I had to exit and re-enter.
*4. There is no way to save your progress. I clicked on everything. Nothing saved the progress. After the third time of exiting and re-entering the puzzle, and seeing I had to start over? Nope. Deleting this app.

Worst ever
I tried this for the first time and the first thing I did not like was that a show oof the photo could not be in the background as you work. When you try not bring up the photo it just flashes so you barely have time to see what you are looking for. It will not stay open.

You have to re- boot your computer to get access to those stuck pieces and then all the pieces that you have pulled out to the board because you know they will fit in the area you are working are suddenly filed back. Super glitchy
I am really disappointed with this puzzle app. It has a really great puzzle selection but it is very glitchy. A lot of pieces would not lock into place and some other very odd glitches that I can’t even begin to describe. I had to exit out and resume several times to get it to work so it took twice as long to finish one puzzle than it would normally take. I am a very avid user of puzzle apps and I am extremely disappointed that this one does not work right. I have the current iOS software and the app is updated with the most current version. I have even rebooted my iPad in the hopes that it would stop glitching but no such luck. I would love to give this app five stars but these serious glitches needs to be worked out and fast or I will have to delete this app and move on.
