Worst app
Worst app as i am in abroad and paid for the appointment and once i tried to connect the app is getting closed and comes back to Home Screen and i tried to explain this to the customer service through mail and they are telling the same this again and again which is of no use. This app is not helpful

Fraud Alert!!!
Since the appointment are prepaid, the doctors never join the calls.. and zero assistance provided by the help desk... it's a fraud.. there is not helpline number to raise an issue, no resolution for refund request since the doctor didn't join... bad experience.!!! DO NOT TRUST THEM!!! It's a scam!!! A big time fraud..!!!!!!

Doctors do not attend the consultation
I had fixed a consultation appointment with Dr.Rejendra Prasad from Santhosh Hospital,Bangalore. The appointment was fixed via my Mediassist office insurance for 5:40 PM. We joined at 5:35 PM and waited till 6:15 PM and the Doctor did not join the consultation meeting room. This service is prepaid and would atleast be little courteous to let the patient know if the Doctor would make it or not. Looks to be false promise and not offering the consultation even after prepaid money. Now will the service provider refund my money I made and awaited for this service by Dr.Rajendra Prasad(vascular) from Santhosh hospitals, Bangalore?
