SCAMMERS, Excessive cash out wait time and unnecessary restrictions
I downloaded this casino app because I like others like draft kings and golden nugget. Those apps I’ve never had an issue with cashing out my winnings or receiving and bonuses or rewards. Betina has so many issues that will make a casino player weary. First you have to play through the bonuses and rewards through a ridiculous wagering amount. You can’t play more than one bonus if you’ve won money from the previous bonus and want to activate a new bonus you have to cancel out the winnings from the previous bonus. So if you win $100 from the previous bonus you have to forfeit it and then start the new bonus. Next I cashed out $315 after winning using a bonus and was hit with tons of pop ups of me having to acknowledge responsible game play which I know got a fact I didn’t hit $2,500 wagering by NJ State law to have to watch those, trust me. Next I wake up to a email from an Adam in a suit stating after further review from the team it has been determined I will no longer receive rewards and bonuses due to suspicious activity. What suspicious activity? I haven’t broken and rules, laws or regulations, Now I have to wait 72hrs for my withdrawal whether you use a debit card or checking account it’s 72hrs and their favorite line it’s up to management and site discretions. It’s not worth the time to download. Wagering at 150x is crazy hell even 40x but I’ll be updating if it took the whole 72hrs or cleared today smh

But the third withdrawal was $2500 and there’s asking for verification send pictures of my ID send pictures of my bank statement. I even sent pictures of the card that I use to and the date of the deposit showing the transaction details they still asking for ridiculous information and I still haven’t got my money

Absolutely horrible app so many bs ways to rob you out of money like the promo glitch where they don’t actually give you a promotion then the endless obstacles you have to go through just to withdraw the money and then it’s not even an instant withdrawal currently my account it’s blocked by administration for some strange reason plus they want you to upload your bank statement from the last month

Pretty sure a SCAM
I deposited 40 dollars and I did the betting requirements to be able to withdrawal the amount and after countless efforts to reaching out to customer service I seem to get absolutely nowhere. I have 350 ready to be able to withdrawal and for some reason they wont verify any of my documents and they also blocked my ability to even bet I’ll update this if I get my money but at this point I have no hope. NOT HAPPY.

Scam!!!
This casino is going to get sued! They will not pay you anything you win. They ask for a ridiculous amount of documentation then they won’t accept it. Any good reviews on here are reviews from employees pretending to be patrons. Please stay far away!!! You will cause yourself stress and aggravation trying to get a payout that will never come. 100 different people will email you asking for documents, it’s never the same one. When you call they try and assure you everything is good then bam!!! They reject everything again. Scam! Scam! Scam! Reported them and called the local news station. Can’t wait to see them all get canned and don’t reply with contact support blahhh blahhh blahhh we all know you don’t do anything to help.
