I had just recently downloaded and signed up for the 110% deposit match welcome offer. I opted in for the deposit and made my deposit and see no bonus bets. Went to customer service and they said we cannot award them to you… Closed and deleted my account disgusting app if I could 0 stars I would.

You have no problem depositing money but as soon as you try to withdraw you have to submit photo id, your last 30 day bank statements as well as prof of address so you can withdraw your money. Iv submitted these documents multiple times and it says under review followed by submit these documents again without explaining what went wrong. No other app asks for this! It’s a joke. All their promotions have a 30-40x wagering requirement. Idk how this app is still on the App Store. Won’t be surprised if someone files a law suit on them. Save your money and use a different app!

This has to be the worst casino I’ve ever seen everything that you bet is going against casino bonus you can’t win anything after 100 spins I won $.20. It’s just crazy. I spent $60. I didn’t win anything. Didn’t even didn’t even get like anything in Wayne above two dollars and I just kept losing and I was betting three dollars like get it together. Wager Requirement and Max Bet a Sham
I deposited $200 and had to bet 20x to cover the bonus, which I get that all sites do this. However, they implement a $5 max bet for bonus funds which would be physically impossible to do in a timely manner and makes game play not fun. It’s a predatory practice and basically guarantees them a profit off of new players. DO NOT SIGN UP!
