Doesn’t work
Updated . Yes, I purchased and TRIED to generate images. Some worked, others still haven’t. The newest images I tried to create still have not come through to me, on the app - the app is stuck on “99% generating” for those images for several of the photos (for many days prior it just had the rotating circle). Maybe try fixing the obvious glitches in your app/software instead of calling every negative review “disingenuous.”

This review is disingenuous. We looked at our logs and narrowed down who you could be, because there was only one person who had any trouble around the time you posted this. From our records we see that you purchased credits 20, and 100 at two occasions on the 7th and 8th of December. You used the credits on the 7, 8th Dec, and on the 10th Jan and received all 9 images you generated. And on the 14Jan you attempted to generate 2 more images but closed the app before completion only to come back 10+ hours later. Unfortunately by this time the images were lost as you didn’t claim it within 1hr of creation. If you contacted us through the settings/email-us we could have supported you immediately and refunded the credits. Instead claiming that we scammed you out of your money and not provided images is unfortunate and disingenuous. Best wishes.
