After I am active I don’t get better points and I uploaded loads of complaints seems like I’m talking to a brick wall
The best walking app
Love using this app. I got my family involved and now we all use it. I had an issue over the last few days but the team have quickly resolved and it’s up and running again. Extra bonus is, you earn points that you can turn in to vouchers. You can use these to treat yourself for all your efforts. Super easy to download and use.

Doesn’t really work
It’s a nice idea but the truth is it doesn’t actually track anything unless your in a car. Most of the walking time isn’t tracked. So it’s not very good for encouraging people to walk more. Nice idea, maybe it will improve but for now it’s not really doing what EHDC claim it does.
Not very good at tracking and recording.
Not very good at recording walks in their entirety and then awards spurious qualifying times to walks it’s less than half tracked. Bizzarre
Pointless
Was great when starting out several years ago, unfortunately they’ve stopped doing the activity in my area so it’s virtually impossible to earn points anymore so it’s a bit of a pointless app now tbh. You can earn tickets for a CHANCE to win points in a prize draw but otherwise it’s not worth having the app unfortunately.

Tracking does not work on Iphone 12 pro
For the last few months, despite gps and in app tracking enabled, my walks are either not recorded at all or are recorded in part. I have no idea how to resolve this. 3 stars rating for what used to be a 5 star app.
Tracking issues solved with a reinstall
Like others recently, I had issues with the app not recording activities as tracking would switch itself off. I got in touch with support and received a prompt reply telling me to remove and reinstall the app. I had to accept/reenable settings and reactivate the software, but this has actually worked for me — tracking now stays enabled within and outside of the app. No points were lost by reinstalling the app. I am, once again, able to enjoy the app and track my activities.

Tracking issues
This was a brilliant app until the other week when the Tracking Option now keeps defaulting to “off”. I’m really hoping this is being looked into…
Tracking
Tracking turns off by itself so no activities are recorded. Has only done this since updating to 5.1.5.
Nothing being recorded automatically
Worked fine for a few years and then all of a sudden automatic tracking was set to OFF and not possible to leave on. Terrible.

Has started to turn the tracking off so nothing gets recorded, really poor inaccurate app, needs sorting out
Doesn’t always keep track
I love the idea of this app, but I never cycle and yet some of my travel is logged as cycling and the app misses some of my walks, or parts of them. Often. I’ve checked my settings & it should work better.Still, great idea & hopefully it will eventually work as it’s meant to.
Walking
Does not pick up the first half of my walk from home. Signal only picks up after 20-30 mins or so of walking. Never going to get many points at this rate.

Problems where an update turns tracking off , it’s definitely the BEST reward tracking app I’ve come across ( WeWard hang your head ) . It just runs in the background and requires no input , quietly accumulating points . Why score low for something that is all benefit ?

Buggy
I used this as it was being funded by my local council. It has a few issues. It is bad at picking up movement and this should be the whole point of the app. It misses about 50% of my walks and regularly decides buses are cycles. It also takes many refreshes to see what it thought you did today. Third whinge - tracking turns itself off.

Constantly freezing and never loads properly. Useless app you can’t really use.
Better points
Great app for keeping track of travel though every so often my tracking switches itself of and doesn’t always pick up my travel and had times when travelling in the car that I am using a bicycle and if I don’t check it that day it will save as this, do like the fact that you can convert points into vouchers to use

Excellent app - excellent support
I used this app through former employer and loved using my walking to gain points towards coffees! Now have personal account and can’t wait to continue to gain points. Really user friendly app and BetterPoints Support also amazing - shout out to Uzma who was so very helpful!!
So so
It seems to record car journeys fairly accurately but only records a tiny amount of my walking. Yesterday I did over 12000 steps but it didn’t record any. Could be a lot better
