About

BEWA supports standing balance assessment and everyday exercise. The app interface and voice guidance are in Japanese. Position your whole body in view of the camera and follow the sequence of left and right tandem and one-leg standing tasks. See the detected posture and hold time, review a level based on the SIDE test, and keep your results on your device. ILLUSTRATED EXERCISE GUIDES • Approximately 5, 10 and 15-minute courses • 20 exercises with separate preparation, movement and return illustrations • Automatic progression through demonstrations, exercises, rests and a cooldown • Japanese voice guidance, with pause, resume and early finish controls • Options for seated exercises and use of support • Automatic guide-use records, plus optional manual exercise records INDIVIDUAL RECORDS Switch between participants to keep results, exercise records and preferences separate. Records stay on the device. No account is required. Camera frames are processed on the device and are not recorded or transmitted. Designed for iPhone and iPad. The illustrated introduction can be viewed again from the Information tab. Guide-use time includes explanations and rests and excludes paused time. It is not a measurement of completed movements or repetitions. Results are for reference in everyday activity, not medical diagnosis or treatment. Use stable support and appropriate supervision, and stay within a comfortable range.
