So I ordered a tshirt from this app but it was extra size so i put that product on return.
And guess what from last 5 days only otps are generated, there is no call from delivery agent. And finally the cancelled my return request.
So i go for help for via WhatsApp and their portel.
So 2 days before the said either we will refund your money or your retun will complete in 48 hours. Now is been 3 days there is no response from anyone.
So today again i seek help and I’m just chatting with chatbot. I asked for human agent and now it been more than 4 hours im waiting there is no response. Hence don’t shop from this app otherwise your mind will also frustrated as mine . This is my worst experience ever . I don’t think this app is genuine. Just a fake app , if you shop from this app , please don’t think about help . I’m still waiting for my money .

Delivery and worst service customer care
I want to say only one thing that is I have noticed in this reviews as well in Bhiwandi where there are warehouses of this bewakoof clothes that people’s orders are getting delayed and some have not received the product some didn’t got the full refund and I agree to all the points they have mentioned in this review and I ordered only 1 cargo jogger’s for ₹850 with prepaid money by upi there is no cancellation option once it’s shipped you have to refuse the order then only the order will be cancelled and refund will be processed worst service first the delivery date was showing 18 Oct and I ordered the cargo jogger’s on 17 Oct and now it’s showing arriving by 19 Oct still I haven’t received it god knows when I will receive the product or I have to go there warehouse to complain about this issue and I am still waiting for my order 😕😕😒😒

Getting worst service
I have ordered few items recently. After unpacking them wanted to return it. So raised request to return them, for 3-4 days it was only showing in app return pick up failed and there was no one who came to pickup the goods. So I contacted customer care support and they raised ticket, after 2 days they have asked me my alternate no. Saying unavailability of consignee. Mean time I ordered 3 more items, and after 4-5 days it showed they are delivered. I thought it must have delivered to address so i checked with neighbours if anything is delivered they said nothing has been delivered. Then checked with security team as well, it was not delivered to them as well. So i raised another request its been 2 days and still team has not reached out to me. Im just getting mails that they are checking with delivery partner. It’s so frustrating that even after paying so much orders are not getting delivered to right person. Earlier as well i have ordered few items from bewkoof but never faced this kind of issue. And currently also its 2 times that I’m not at all getting any lead. Even though your products are good but if you are not providing good service it won’t help to retain customers. I hope checking this review you will try to make your service smoother. Another frustrating thing is they don’t have customer care phone no.

Horrible customer service (ghosting)
I ordered multiple items from this app. 2 out of 3 items did not grt delivered yet the app showed that all three got delivered. I raised this issue on their app where its written “To reach our customer service executive, write in
to us here We’ll get back to you within 24 hours:”
I typed my issue, no response came. Then did the same after 24-36 hours again, again no response came. Then i got fed up and emailed them, but they refused to entertain me on mail also stating that it’s beyond the 72 hours window after delivery. I was still within the 72 hours delivery and replied to them with proof, yet no response since almost 24 hours. i have to go out in next 2 days, and so far neither did the products reach me nor did the refund for that. Horrible and possibly the worst customer care. Bunch of liars in the team, need to be dealt with via consumer court. have the proofs in email.

It shows order delivered but I didn’t received it
On 17 Dec,2024 I placed order. A total of 3 products were there, I received 2 products one on 23 Dec and one on 27 Dec , the 3 products a t shirt shows to be delivered on 26 Dec but I didn’t received it I contacted the team they said that they will investigate and will require 72 hours, after it I contacted them again and they said that we will investigate and give me refund in 48 hours but didn’t, I contacted theirs manager he told me that the refund will me given by Monday, 6th jan but didn’t i contacted again and now they told me that the order was delivered and will not give refund, but I didn’t receive anything , and they are telling me what the team never told that we will refund such a LIE , i wasted my 799₹ , please never order from them pr your money will be gone too , the team is useless giving fake promises and excuses, AGAIN PLEASE DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM 🙏 your money will be gone

Worst customer service and delivery
Worst app to order clothing they don’t care if your order reaches you no customer care service they have you have to write 1000 mails for them to reply . Once you pay for the order they don’t care basically they scam with their delivery partner called xpressbee. Both worst apps one for clothing one for delivery. I had ordered on 24th November 2024 today is 1st December by order is still not received it’s says in transit . Their delivery partner xpressbee says it is delayed and everytime you call them they tell you will receive tommorow . Basically they run a scam where they delay your order and out of frustration when you cancel they don’t provide refund to you . To anyone who’s reading do not order from bewakoof you will be the bewakoof if you order from here read the reviews this is happening with 99% of the people out here they don’t respond to emails neither they have customer service . Prefer other apps they are far better with better services

App isn’t working
I was quite excited to shop with this app! But after downloading when I’m trying to open it, it asks for some basic permissions(Grant is given) and then just went flash white!!! NOTHING ELSE!!! Even tried to reinstall but same. I’m not sure is it because I’m trying to access out side of india or what:(

Worst app please don’t purchase any of the product if your not well known to your products as they do not have any return policy or customer care to solve the issue you will just waste your money as the product won’t be useful at all ,I had purchased a trousers which was twice the size bigger then the actual size when I placed the return the delivery executive cancelled the order saying the EN number provided by company is wrong I tried every possibility to contact the brand through email Instagram and also their app but I had no proper response on Instagram I received I msg saying they would help in 48 hours to the return of pickup but here after 13 days after placing for the return there is not a single thing they have sent for the return not a single text nor the delivery executive so if you’ll wanna face such issue please go ahead and buy from this site thank you .I literally did not read the review before I wish I had read it 😓 disgusting

Scam- DO NOT ORDER FROM BEWAKOOF
Do not order from this website, I ordered 7 products where i just received one and the app says rest of the products was delivered as well. It took me 3 days to ge a call back from customer service and my issue is not fixed it.

I ordered a product form bewakoof which was on COD. Fisrtly the order was about to reach to me on 17th Jan but it reached to me on 18th after mailing them several times regarding the order update. I recieved very poor quality product alongwith size inaccuracy then I wished to return the product to which I opted for UPI Id or Bank Account return payment but they are not accepting any valid email or UPI also. The site shows that your product can be refunded only through Bewakoof wallet (in which they are deducting unnecessary Deivery charges and Shipping charges plus the amount cannot be transferred to your bank account.) They donot provide you with Customer Care even so that you can directly contact them. And After mailing several times they are not responding to the messages too. They are playing a big scam where they charge you for the product and if you want to return it they won’t accept the return and pay you back. And not respond. Highly mistaking people through marketing and money gathering strategies.

Clothes are average! But the shopping experience is the worst.
Bewakoof maintains a cool website with average clothing and average prices. But they are really bad at getting things on time. Be it your delivery or your request for an exchange. I don’t understand why should i buy something if I can’t wear it on the occasion itself. Yup! That’s how they deliver your product. I’ve ordered something from bewakoof around 17 days back. And i got it 4 days after EDD and despite all that waiting i got to know that they missed one of my product and after numerous calls and replies to their customer support for 4 days. They initiated the refund but, I didn’t want a refund i wanted the product for which i was paying for. Anyways fool of me to again go and initiate an exchange for another product which was delivered super late. And just as you expect i’m been waiting for the exchanged product since 8-9 days. So disappointed with bewakoof! Never gonna use it again.

The worst Customer service
My account got suspended without my consent and all my wallet balance is gone now. The email support is the worst you would ever come across since they keep sending you the same pre scripted emails rather then looking at the problem. My advice, if you want to use the app, DON’T keep any money in the wallet. Bewakoof accounts are very easy to hack and you would end up in the same situation as me.
