Weekly schedule
Weekly schedule is not letting me scroll to see my downloaded schedule and I can not zoom out so I constantly have to scroll left to right and up and down
Poor app
DONT MAKE YOUR EMPLOYEES DOWNLOAD THIS! Hard to navigate through screens, it lags and glitches. Shouldn’t have to slide back and forth when viewing the full schedule. And currently The app is not working for the establishment I work at, for any of the employees. It won’t allow you to toggle options when viewing the large schedule, when you do the toggle just flips back.

Awful for employees
My job recently forced us to change over to Beyond. Definitely NOT user friendly. Extremely difficult to navigate (and this is coming someone in their twenties). Have to dig deep to even find a way to see a daily schedule that includes all employees, and then that image is not supported for smart phone screens so you’re constantly scrolling left to right to see everything included. No easy messaging system between employees. No “drop shift” option only a “trade shift” button. No way to save your password, so you have to type it in every single time you open the app, as it automatically logs you out, which is quite annoying. No easy “home” button. The only thing I’ve liked so far is that I can manage my own availability.

Frustrating
I find this scheduling app to be extremely frustrating. It’s incredibly difficult to navigate, the organization is poor, and the inability to see who else is working the shift is rather mind-blowing. For a company that wants to be inclusive for all restaurant needs, please invest an interface change to cater to the staff who is forced to use this resource. My employer recently had us switch to beyond one from HotSchedules due to the full services the company offers restaurants. My management has apologized to us for forcing the change, as they even recognize it as a poor resource. There is massive room for improvement.
