Bad experience

This app is horrible. For someone who trains at multiple studios, I struggle to change location.
This really isn’t user friendly

So clunky

This “new” booking app is so clunky. Sometimes I can’t even book classes as the app just decides to stop working (I can open the app, but can’t press anything when I’m in there) Fine, the old app may have been “slower” but it always worked. I never had any issues with booking, which is basically the main purpose of the app. This “upgrade” was really a downgrade considering how much we pay in gym fees!!

Calendar intergration

Calendar integration is a joke. Manually adding each session is tiresome + not being able to add a session to your calendar after youve moved away from the inital booking screen is just a lazy design.

Old app did all of this.

Poor user design

Seems to also change or be updated very frequently with bugs being introduced regularly.

Worst booking app ever

Have been with BFT on and off for years, and other gyms prior - this is the worst booking app I’ve ever used. Actually loved the previous booking app, it was easy to use. This one, I don’t even have the option to change studios, it makes me create a profile for every studio I choose.. super unfriendly to use. This is like 20 years behind. Would give it 0 stars if I could.

A step backward

Why have some of the key features been removed in this new app? Why can’t I see which studios I’ve visited? Why do you have to scroll through a whole heap of studios in different countries to find the studio you want. Not a great move in terms of tech

Way to put off new members

My friend introduced me to BFT when the former app was active, and it looked so enticing. One of the features that was most relevant to me was being able to have several studios saved for easy access. I came back today ready to choose a studio to begin my BFT journey with, but the UX is so bad — it feels like I’m being railroaded into certain actions — that I’m actually not going to go ahead and sign up. It was a big decision to go ahead with BFT but an experience like this makes me feel like the company doesn’t care about how its members actually want to use BFT, and are instead forcing their own desired system usage. Massive thumbs down. I’ll be looking elsewhere for now. Hope you sort this dog’s breakfast of an app out.

Missing Classes

Have lost 700-800 classes with this transition. It’s faster than the past app, but feels demoralising being reverted back to 450 classes

Bring back the old app

New app is really clunky, used to be able to book multiple sessions on the old app but not the new one. Also miss easily seeing how many sessions I’ve done.

App sucks

Possibly the worst app for any gym
Slow load and times out
No search functionality or ability to switch between studios

Disappointing

The app is clunky and a downgrade compared to the previous app. Lost half my sessions somehow in the migration. Very disappointing.

No good.

Can’t self check in. Total visit numbers don’t include all studios. No favorite studios. Harder to navigate. Can you book in your mate.. who knows? Total waste of time and money, good way to upset your members though.

Faster but missing data

Should’ve transferred all data from the previous app. Booking is faster but that’s the only thing. Can’t see all studios totals either

Doesn't link with calendar

Worse than the previous app so unsure why change? Sometimes classes are added to my calendar, sometimes they aren't. When I cancel a class, it's never deleted from my calendar. Surely this is basic stuff for a booking app??

Not intuitive at all, UGLY DESIGN. Downgrade

1 star because can’t rate ZERO. Too much scrolling and flicking to find info. Worst app they have had so far. Doesn’t feel like they understand user experience and what we need need to find, little to no visual hierarchy. Ugly and doesn’t match the premium fee we paid for the service. Bring the old experience back. GET A DESIGNER.

:(

This app is sadly worse than the one it replaced. Two things:

1) you should urgently allow users to submit feedback within the app, or publish a direct product support email (if I had found one, I wouldn’t be writing this review)

2) add to calendar bug. If users want to use the “add to calendar” feature when booking a session (a feature I previously relied on heavily) the app forces you to allow FULL calendar access - total privacy overreach. The more appropriate “Add events only” permission isn’t offered to the user. If the user navigates to the app in Phone Settings and toggles “Add events only”, back in the app, “Add to calendar” buttons are no longer clickable.

Nick

Terrible, full of problems, bookings never work, always crashes… old app was elite, don’t understand why it had to change.

disappointed

so disappointed with the new app. No check in feature . Milestones are wrong and inconsistent. The previous app was so much better.

Should have not made change

Lost all my previous classes going back 3 years had to sign up as new and still didn’t recognise my email.

Awful

What a joke
