-benchmark history doesn’t work, if I put in a new value it says ‘no data’ so I’ve now lost all my history

No integration?

I love my BFT gym, but the app sucks. Still no integration with Apple Fitness & Health data. Why!? Clients have been waiting for good for years now.

Not recording when taken outside studio

I used the HR monitor with the app to start my long run, it started it but at the end of my long run (over 20km), it didn't record anything. Just vanished. This is disappointing especially considering it can be taken on outdoor exercises. Please fix the bug as it is discouraging to want to be able to see your progress on the app but it failed to record anything.

It’s 2026 and still no Apple Health Integration ? Come on!

Badges reset

All my earned badges were reset to 10 Oct 2025. And since then I’ve contacted the studio to fix this, to no avail.
