Awful app.
Don’t install this charger purely on the basis of how bad the app is. Endless timing out and endless loading.
Worst app - impossible
I’ve spent all day trying to charge my car. How difficult does this need to be? App keeps either crashing, endless wheel of doom followed by time out message. I feel like taking a sledgehammer to the worst charger I have ever come across in 10 years of driving EVs.

To fix the app crashing after trying to connect, set your phone to 24 hour mode.
Not sure why they have not worked on this or atleast posted the resolution on here but this worked for me and was easy to set up after this.

Customer Service
This company do not have an out of hours service. However, Gareth the IT manager called me at 7.30pm on a Friday night to help me solve my issues. He was very polite and got me up and running. If you are considering a sync charger, please make sure you have it connected at installation and it will be absolutely faultless for you. A huge thanks to Gareth for you’re outstanding support!

Works fine every time
I use it to set up many chargers. It does what it should!
Simple and effective
Easy app to use, only needed for setting the charger up on the network and setting the load management
Almost useless.
Mine doesn’t load beyond the first page. Your car ‘s display is more use !
