Consistently delicious food at a reasonable price and always available quickly
LOVE the food.
But the delivery order is always messed up or missing something.
Problem using earned rewards
The app otherwise works great for ordering. All is well.
The only problem is when I have earned a reward for free fries or something and I clearly have the right item the right number of rewards. I am not incorrect. It doesn’t work on the app and a staff member has to help me when I get to the store almost every time.
I hope they can correct this problem that’s all. still love the food and great customer service at the store. Thank you, Annapolis.!!

Won’t take payment over the app
The app never takes my payment. I’ve tried every card I own several times and it always says payment failed. No other apps do this. What did I upload my card for then? Very frustrating because I can’t order ahead now.
Outstanding Customer Service
Every employee was personable, professional, helpful and engaged. Great location. Western BBQ burger was cooked perfectly, having a robust flavor, generous amounts of all ingredients and was very juicy. Tater tots were perfectly cooked; delicate crunch on the outside and soft on the inside.
I will definitely be back to this BGR!

Forced tipping amt
Why is the tip normal setting15%? Why not on ”no tip and then you choose how much you want to tip.
A great app as long as you can freeze time.
Apparently once your credit card expires you have to open an account at a new bank. There’s no way to delete the old card that’s in there and there’s no way to update the expiration date on your old card. Eventually, you must submit all of your banking information to BGR in order to order food

This is my first time and I will be back!! Maxwell Lanee Darren , are the absolute best. I rarely eat red meat but my Boyfriend loves a good burger! I’m so excited and can’t wait to come back, did I mention I haven’t even gotten my order yet. 😊
