Sign up issues
The page doesn’t move after filling all details and clicking on Sign up. This is just the basics which needs to be there. Totally disappointing.
App not developed properly
While Signup all details filled then clicked on signup button. Immediately received otp but page still struck up at Sinup page it’s unable to open OTP page to Enter. Unable to create account.

It would be great if the app moves forward once you get a verification code.

Sign up not working
I am trying to register myself for using the app. After entering the details, it is sending the OTP, but not moving to the next screen.
Unable to signup
I tried to signup, filled all the info, hit submit - nothing happens. Screen stays same. No error thrown either so I don’t even know what’s wrong. What’s the point of this app if your signup process is so severely broken that no one can use the service at all? Kindly fix asap, I really want to support this initiative. Thanks.

Can’t sign up at all when I contacted the customer service they didn’t know English it took them 12 hours to reply and the customer service agent was so stupid he didn’t understand the query and stuck to the word auto which was typo error and I corrected that I want to book a cab but he wanted to prove himself right didn’t solve my query don’t even know if it has started in mumbai he was so dumb didn’t want to help

Excellent App - Good Initiative
At this point of time this App is working flawlessly. This is just the begining. I hope developers keep updating this app with latest features and emerging technologies keeping customers in mind.

Wow! I hope this really starts a new wave in Bharat. Sure, things are not going to be easy at the start. Nothing is. And I am all for it.
Not able to register
After app download, I opened the app, and added all my details to register. When I pressed Submit button, I am getting an OTP, but there is no option to enter it and user registration is no happening.
App crashes after registering
After taking the phone number, email ID and OTP, the app doesn’t load. Looks like some teething issue, hope the developers fix this soon and bring this much-needed app to market without any bugs.
Update: this is a scam app and not the official Bharat Taxi app. It may be trying to gather user information illegally. Please uninstall. Requesting Apple to remove this from the app store.

Weird Signup Process
Entered sign up details and pressed SignUp button. Received an OTP through WhatsApp but no place to enter the OTP! Screen remains on sign up page itself. I tried to login using my credentials. Says I don’t have an account. What’s the point if an OTP when I can’t enter it anywhere?

Suspected Spam App
After installing App, I tried to use it. To sign up the App, I was asked my email ID & phone number. On submitting though I got an OTP on my WhatsApp but there was no tab to use it. App is not proceeding further. So the App seem to be a Scam to capture personal data

I can’t sign up with foreign phone number because there’s no option other than Indian phone number and need to update

this the problem which stops india to grow, at least you guys do competitor analysis as well as do proper surveys what people needs you made worst design.
people mostly use ola uber to use short rides like upto 50kms and in this app there is no option to select pickup location and drop location which should be user handled. People expecting lot more from this app but this is the reason why people uses foreigner apps.
