Always late delivery
Worst delivery app, 1 star from me, for always being atleast 1 hr late than the estimated time. Shameless management.
Late
45 min should have been an ideal time but the called and said 1 hr 15 min but it’s 2hrs now and the food hasn’t arrived worst service

Service aakdamai late baby haru ko lagi after school snacks huncha bhanera order garya delivery nai 1 and half hour ma vayo tya mathi complete food thiyena disgusting this is my 1st and last order thank you
Does not work on complains
They’re always late, I can’t speak for everybody but for me- it’s always me calling back and forth for the time of delivery. No matter what the food is- cooked or sandwiches, it’s always more than the estimated time of delivery. Please note down the complaint and work on it. Because I’ve had it enough saying this through call. A person cannot keep on complaining again and again. You guys need to work on it once a customer complains. I usually don’t post bad reviews but Bhoj deals kinda deserves the least amongst all other good delivery apps
