Does not work on complains
They’re always late, I can’t speak for everybody but for me- it’s always me calling back and forth for the time of delivery. No matter what the food is- cooked or sandwiches, it’s always more than the estimated time of delivery. Please note down the complaint and work on it. Because I’ve had it enough saying this through call. A person cannot keep on complaining again and again. You guys need to work on it once a customer complains. I usually don’t post bad reviews but Bhoj deals kinda deserves the least amongst all other good delivery apps

Very bad app, no accountability. My order was ready at the restaurant from past 1 hour but no rider was appointed, no one to solve the issue. Worst app

I tried to order food and the order went through. I paid for it and everything was okay until they decided to call me and say oh we cant deliver there it wont be delivered. And guess where I got the refund amount? Bhoj wallet…. Paid using eswea if I cant get my food delivered what will I do with that money on the same apps wallet?
Next time please make it clear while ordering that the delivery is not possible so that my money is not wasted and I am not forced to use this useless service again.

I ordered food for my fiancée but it was not delivered to her location. Instead, they instructed her to walk for 20 minutes, which is unacceptable customer service. Shame on you.

Very disappointing experience
Very disappointed. I have been using this app for more than a year and have ordered many times before. Today I ordered food for a special occasion, and the order was processed but later cancelled saying the shop was closed. If the shop was closed, the app should not have accepted the order. Now I am waiting for a refund, and my family didn’t get the food I promised them. I hope this will not happen again. If it continues like this, I doubt I will use the app again.

Late Delivery and Messed up Estimated cooking time
The delivery takes ages and the time that shows on application is totally fake and the food arrives 30 min later than the time mentioned in the app
