Cycled to airport to collect rental car, bike stations were full, no one helped, took it to rental place who phoned company and told me to cycle back ACROSS THE MOTORWAY ABOUT 1km BACK and click in in to this residential neighbourhood. Truly awful experience. Wasted so much time. My wife and kids had to check out and waited an hour in the heat for me. Shockingly bad.

Doesn’t work
Tried signing up and the App kept saying “Error” when I entered “Other” for country of residence during registration. I am a tourist and used international roaming to register the app too. Very frustrated, waste of time.
DO NOT USE
My friends and I downloaded the app and paid for the day rate. There were four bikes at the rack and yet on the app it said there was zero. We got in touch with the company and was told to find a different station which was 15 mins walk away. We did manage to get them out at this other station however none of the other stations we cycled too worked either.

The worst experience I could have
Awful service! Awful support! I left my bike in the dock, it’s locked and the app keep counting the time and charging me. I can’t contact them! That’s a shame! I’m very disappointed.
Horrible service
Absolute joke of a bike share. Difficult sign up process, bikes wouldn’t unlock, the ones that did had flat tires and just a low supply of bikes everywhere. Do not use this service.

Not enough time!
The app didn’t provide enough time for me to verify my account! About 10 seconds from when they texted my number to when it needed to be verified! Is it really that time sensitive?
Great price for daily usage
The registration is a little clumsy BUT once that is completed the price is great. The average cost per our group was under 2$ per hour.

L’applicazione è lenta e inconsistente. Le stazioni ci mettono fino a 5 minuti ad apparire sulla mappa, sempre se decidono di apparire.
Le bici in dotazione avrebbero bisogno di più manutenzione (freni e manubrio soprattutto) e a volte le bici non si sbloccano dopo averle attivate sull’app.
Per favore sistematela che in questo stato scoraggia l’uso del servizio che in teoria sarebbe anche carino.

Terrible - it didn’t work
I downloaded the app and it didn’t work. I couldn’t enter my details because the app didn’t work. I tried saying I was resident “other” and I tried saying I was resident in “Italy” but neither worked. Terrible. So I deleted the app and went on foot.
Great idea poorly executes
I love the bike sharing idea, BUT it took our group over an hour to acquire bikes due to bikes not unlocking properly and low supply in general. During this time, the 4 hour clock was already ticking for those in our group of 6 who had managed to find bikes. The app continuously glitched, removing the locations of bikes during this time as well. None of the bikes were in great shape. Once on our ride, the first bike broke down after 10 minutes, the second after 20, and the third an hour in. Every bike station along our route was either empty or had a single broken bike. We didn’t see anyone else on our two hour ride using the bikes, so I am unsure where the supply issue came from. I do not foresee myself using this app or company again.

Worst App and Worst Bikes
Do not waste your time or money on this app. It was difficult to understand how to rent the bikes. Then once we figured it out we went through around 10 bikes trying to find something rideable. Complete waste of time and money.

Very frustrating app and bicycles
The app is difficult to set up because everyone in your party needs to create an account, and have money loaded on. This took up to an hour. Then it took another 15 minutes to figure out how to actually unlock a bike because THERE ARE NO INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW TO DO SO.
On top of that, the bikes are in severe need of maintenance. Half of them had flat tires, gears didn’t work, brakes didn’t work, seat wouldn’t stay up.
Don’t waste your time and money.

Easy and fun!
Tried unlocking two bikes for a ride in Trieste and worked like a charm! Well done!
DO NOT USE! SCAM
Tried to pay for these bikes for me and my girlfriend but you need two accounts, it luckily worked on my account but said “cannot create abonament “ we didn’t get a bike from this but when we checked her monzo account it had taken the money. We used up spending 15/20 euros just attempting this and would let us get the bikes but would still take the money. Please do not use this or waste your time

Docking stations don’t work
Several attempts to dock our bikes resulted in several phone calls to reset the timer on the app. We waisted hours of our holiday trying to access and return city bikes. Not recommended!

The vendors of the application clearly need to try using it in the field. Most of the time the bikes do not unlock once you’ve “rented” them. You then need to wait up to 5 minutes before it realize it hasn’t.
Also, you will be standing next to the bike rack and it’ll tell you to get closer.
There is no support in the app.
Many cities on this app have tap cards for their bike share programs. If you want to use the bikes more than just a single ride, get a tap card, it’ll save you a lot of headache.
