Horrible app to use. Who the hell designed it. Could it not just be straightforward and simple?

Monumental waste of time.
Cycled to airport to collect rental car, bike stations were full, no one helped, took it to rental place who phoned company and told me to cycle back ACROSS THE MOTORWAY ABOUT 1km BACK and click in in to this residential neighbourhood. Truly awful experience. Wasted so much time. My wife and kids had to check out and waited an hour in the heat for me. Shockingly bad.

Doesn’t work
Tried signing up and the App kept saying “Error” when I entered “Other” for country of residence during registration. I am a tourist and used international roaming to register the app too. Very frustrated, waste of time.
DO NOT USE
My friends and I downloaded the app and paid for the day rate. There were four bikes at the rack and yet on the app it said there was zero. We got in touch with the company and was told to find a different station which was 15 mins walk away. We did manage to get them out at this other station however none of the other stations we cycled too worked either.
