Smooth ride!
The bike had a lot of battery power when I picked it up. It performed well except for one broken bike pedal on the left side, but it wasn’t a problem it just kept catching on my pants otherwise yeah perform great I will be doing it again.

Just wish they were more consistent at putting bikes in the empty stations!

Good start - plenty of room for improvement
I love the concept and the coverage of the scheme. However, the electric bike user experience specifically, is not there yet. It has been my experience that 50% of the time the electric bikes have issues with the power train and riding one of them without the electric aid is an adventure as they are very, very heavy. Teething problems? Perhaps, however I fear that if as me, you mostly signed up to use the electric bikes, if the issues are not addressed, you might not continue to use the scheme beyond the initial subscription.

For this, You have to access about 4 websites, photocopy your ancestral documentation, translate to 3 other languages, pay daily but also by half hour.
Whole thing is a bureaucratic joke without a punchline.
After 3 days of sign up agony, the first two bikes were faulty, so…I walked.
I just wanted to ride a bike, but instead got a lesson in poor project management.
