How is it possible to run and exchange and not allow your users to withdraw. I’ve had an issue trying to withdraw my crypto since December 2024. Reached out to customer service so many times and their answers led be no where. All I want is to be able to withdraw my funds to cold storage wallet. PLEASE HELP!!!

Amazing app and customer service
I use Biconomy for all my $DAG and $DOR purchases. At one point I accidentally sent $DAG to my $DOR address and thought the funds were gone forever. Even though both tokens are on the Constellation Network, the addresses are not the same. Normally in crypto if you send assets to the wrong address they are lost for good. I contacted customer service and they responded quickly, asking for details and proof of ownership. Within 48 hours my funds were safely returned to the correct address. The experience was impressive and I highly recommend their service to anyone. If you are considering buying crypto through them, go ahead with confidence, you will not regret it.
