Complete scam I’ve lost so much money to them. There are plenty of options out there like Robin Hood to purchase and Atomic wallet to store. NEVER USE COINSTORE APP OR THE WEB.

I’ve been trying to withdraw from here for over a month and and support never replies for emails you anything. Would not recommend, unless they fix my withdrawal issues.

Their futures trading opened a position that I never set and they refused to pay back my money. They write Chinese in their support chat. Just another group of Chinese scammers.

Almost every member of the team in charge is showing antisocial personality. Although there are several teams, they are busy competing to see how much worse one team is than the other. They don't respond when asked for rewards in events, but they don't reward anyone. Real users have no value
1 star — Can’t Withdraw Crypto, No Help from Support
I can access my account, but my crypto is stuck. I can’t withdraw, trade, or transfer anything out. I’ve contacted support multiple times, but haven’t received a helpful response. Really hoping Coinstore resolves this issue, but for now I can’t recommend the platform.
