They will wait for you to purchase whatever coin you want to and you won’t be able to send to any external address because they’ll ask you to prove the address
They don’t care whether it’s for family or friend urgency
They will later terminate your account and lock your money trash app
They just did to me today and I have 550 bucks in it

All fees no returns. This did nothing useful except make money for Pionex / Webot

The hoops required to get your money out are clearly not for safety but rather to try and keep your money in their horrible platform.

Make sure you read terms and conditions and be careful almost nearly impossible to get your money out if you need it yeah that even happens in crypto 72 hour wait plus more time if you want to change , so be ready and let me add to with proof if you want to speak to a manager, this is not the company to speak to a manager. They will not let you talk to a manager nothing don’t believe me download the app and try it

This is a standard security lock triggered by actions like password/2FA changes or fiat clearing, designed entirely to stop hackers from stealing your funds. Once cleared, withdrawals are 100% open. Extortionate fees and 60-day wait times for fund recovery

Avoid this exchange if you value liquidity. After another platform froze my funds and offered to return them to the original sender (Webot’s hot wallet), I was hit with two massive roadblocks. First, Webot is charging a $47 fee just to credit my own returned funds. Second, they claim it will take 60 days to complete the transaction. In 2026, there is no technological excuse for a 60-day processing window for a digital asset transfer. This is a blatant cash grab and a complete lack of regard for customer service. I shouldn’t have to pay a ransom and wait two months to access my own money.

When funds are returned to our shared Hot Wallet instead of your unique deposit address, identifying and crediting them requires a secure, manual engineering process.
