Bad experience and disgusting customer support

I am using this application from last 15 days. They don’t provide and customer service support as they mentioned they customer service is 24/7 but they didn’t respond me yet. Also I tried to transfer money to my bank account but whenever I tried to submit it went black screen. Not recommending to anyone for using there application and another there product.
