It’s the only bidding tool authorized into company tech, that is the only thing good about. Every bid cycle, there’s issues. At least BidPro is slow to update and fix bugs. The monopoly keeps this software alive, otherwise it isn’t worth dos centavos.
Waste of money
Terrible App with even worse support.

It’s extremely buggy. Locks up when using IPad and Apple keyboard. And crashes and needs to be reinstalled all the time.

ARE YOU KIDDING ME
VERY GLITCHY, most of the time I find myself rebooting the app because it crashes often. Moreover, its an awful design and not that intuitive. Overall, it’s a really bad bidding system and needs a complete overhaul.
Not worth the money
The software use too work well but has progressively gotten very glitchy. I have the latest iPad and everything is up to date and have even tried reinstalling the program, nothing is making it run better. BidPro tech support use to resolve issues, now they don’t even return emails or voicemails. How can issues get fixed when there is no support. When you spend over $100 a year for an App it should work.

Clunky and a great step down from the BP3 version
This iPad/web-based version is clunky and way less user-friendly than the original PC-based version of BidPro. It offers many less options to select for sorting and to manually move lines is painful—no drag and drop to move a line from on sorting column to another. To move a line to another column, you must checkmark it and then select “Move” and then select the column to move it to.
There are other issues with this program compared to it’s predecessor and giving feedback is like a dark hole—feedback is pointless.
Very disappointed.
