Non-functional rewards & support

Update: One year later and no fix, based on other reviews the issue is pretty common. I tried the various method to completely remove the this app with no luck. The app must store data in an inaccessible location that doesn’t get removed so it can never be installed clean again and they have no interest in fixing it.

Since an iOS update a couple of months ago the Rewards have been non-functional. Specifically when you click on the Scan with Camera the app crashes and will continue to crash on subsequent attempts to scan.

I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling as well as uninstalling, “rebooting” my phone and reinstalling with no luck. I have sent Diagnostics Information hasn’t resulted in any updates or response (you have to provide an email to use the app so no excuse there).

The support link here in the App Store is a broken link. There is no technical support on their website either, only a Contact Us.

Terrible. AWFUL APP

These folks should NOT BE offering this on the App Store.
Downloaded app still needs to download features. No details on the menu..Just awful. Don’t even try to download this 1/2 developed app!

Worst app ever

Not only is this app horrible to use. It wants to take you to a webpage so it’s not even really an app. But then they wanna charge you a fee when you order using the app. It’s 2024 folks, people usually give you an incentive to use an app not charge you extra.

Love the Store Hate the app

The app is so dysfunctional and clanky. It acts like it was developed in 2004 and hasn’t been updated since. Way to difficult to use.
