Non-functional rewards & support
Update: One year later and no fix, based on other reviews the issue is pretty common. I tried the various method to completely remove the this app with no luck. The app must store data in an inaccessible location that doesn’t get removed so it can never be installed clean again and they have no interest in fixing it.
Since an iOS update a couple of months ago the Rewards have been non-functional. Specifically when you click on the Scan with Camera the app crashes and will continue to crash on subsequent attempts to scan.
I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling as well as uninstalling, “rebooting” my phone and reinstalling with no luck. I have sent Diagnostics Information hasn’t resulted in any updates or response (you have to provide an email to use the app so no excuse there).
The support link here in the App Store is a broken link. There is no technical support on their website either, only a Contact Us.

Terrible. AWFUL APP
These folks should NOT BE offering this on the App Store.
Downloaded app still needs to download features. No details on the menu..Just awful. Don’t even try to download this 1/2 developed app!

Worst app ever
Not only is this app horrible to use. It wants to take you to a webpage so it’s not even really an app. But then they wanna charge you a fee when you order using the app. It’s 2024 folks, people usually give you an incentive to use an app not charge you extra.
Love the Store Hate the app
The app is so dysfunctional and clanky. It acts like it was developed in 2004 and hasn’t been updated since. Way to difficult to use.

Non functional rewards
I got a coffee reward in the app but couldn't redeem it. App prompted for a pin but staff required a bar code scan that app didn't support.
Feels like 1980
This app seems complicated and difficult to use. Everything about it feels clunky and not user-friendly. You can only order one bagel at a time. The location element is difficult to use. Please invest in a different ordering system. Don’t make it so hard on us.
PIN creation
After multiple attmepts to get this app to open up for use, it requires a PIN but there is absolutley no instruction on how to enter a PIN on a new account.
Pointless at my location
My location (San Marcos, CA) has 2 signs for the app within 5 feet of the register. However, almost none of the employees seem to ever know there is an app or what to do regarding it. Also, the app looks like it hasn’t been updated since the iPhone 3G came out, and takes forever to update the cards (for the odd occasion that I can get someone to acknowledge the app exists).

Never works when needed
When BAB went to their app, I tried it, but they weren’t offering any rewards I’d use; coffee or 6 pack of bagels. Now that they have more punch cards, we thought we’d try it again. The rewards section never loads (there are no and there is no ability to upload later). Useless app.
Unfunctional App
What’s the point? It crashes non stop and won’t let you place order. Says there is no location in SC when there is and I go there. There is no purpose to this app.
Pointless
This app is pointless, it’s basically a menu with no prices, no way to place an order for pick up, or for delivery. Ordering food online is they way of the times. Get it together Big Apple Bagels!!
Will Not Load
Was excited about this app but it won’t even open. I loaded , removed , loaded and it just crashes every time I try to use. Disappointed

Every time I try to open this app it instantly closes close down the app all the way try to re-open it instantly closes some major issue with it
LOVE Big Apple Bagels!!
My husband and I have been going there for years now and love it!! When my family comes, it is a must that we go at least once, if not every morning they’re here. I get the Start Fresh and it is delicious! Everyone is friendly, helpful and their food is delicious! Highly recommend!

So disappointed, we received an Ad for fall into fresh in the mail with Rewards app but it won’t let it load!!! Even the lady at the store couldn’t get it to work on another phone!!
