Excellent content.
The audio plays are excellent. The quality of the writing and acting (and calibre of actors they employ) is superb. The stories are really immersive and targeted more to adults than the most recent tv series. The app can be glitchy though. You have to sign out and back in again to access new stories you’ve bought and quite frequently I get an error message when I do this (I couldn’t login this last night or this morning, so reinstalled the app). Now I can log in, but the purchases keep disappearing. Random glitchiness!

App doesn’t work anymore
No thumbnails. No downloads. Judging by the reviews a lot of people are having this same experience. Fix your app. I’ve spent hundreds of dollars supporting your product, and I can’t even listen.
New App has too many bugs
The new app was not beta tested enough before it was rolled out. iPhone and android users are having extreme difficulties with it. If you have an iPod 7 or lower, it won’t even work anymore. Not overly impressed with an otherwise great service.
Unable to Listen to my Purchases
I have been patiently waiting for fixes to all me to view my purchases in the app. Some items were purchased over six years ago and at the time could be seen, downloaded, and listened to in the app but now none of my purchases can be seen in the app let alone downloaded and listened to. I have tried every possible trick to fix it on my end but it is clearly an issue with the app and I am starting to get very annoyed. I don’t often give 1 stars but until this issue is fixed that is what my review will be.

Bummed
Adding my experience that I’m currently getting no thumbnails, and I can’t download any of my purchases. I liked the app when it worked but it currently does not.
