Buggy
Frustratingly only lets me zoom in on two pages before I have to either exit the comic and go back into it or by toggling between scroll vertically and scroll horizontally. It makes reading the comics on my iPhone 14 incredibly frustrating.

Severely Lacking
I just downloaded the app after purchasing a bundle from Fanatical (🖖 Star Trek). The app is simple to use, but doesn't always function correctly.
I have poor eyesight and I really need the zoom-in feature to work on EVERY page, not just every other page! Being able to link other accounts, the ability to further customise the app, and an overhaul of the UI would be a great starting point.
I really, really want to like you. However, you must show you care by offering a more modern, feature-rich rich, and user-friendly product. I’ll GLADLY return and change my rating/review should you make the necessary changes.

Zoom
Overall love the app but there needs to be a way to zoom in on the words. I got it too a couple times then the ability stopped. I’m old I need to be able to zoom in I had to skip pages on a comic I bought because I couldn’t read the words.

Fine…
I just got the app so I could purchase the Sonic: Blade of Courage manga translation that is exclusive to it (as of now). And the app itself is fine. I do not believe it impacted my reading of the manga, and while I thought the pages should have more of a stationary flip to them, I again enjoyed the manga.
However, the fact that the reviews for the manga itself incorrectly assume the American team worked on it makes me feel like the app’s reviews are filled with bots/AI.
They just took down these reviews, but that really doesn’t sit well for the other possible reviewers. Considering that this app makes it seem like it only has a single 5-star review, when that’s not the case. I don’t know how many underhand tactics they use to make their products seem better, but I hope these actions stop.
They should really give you the option to leave your own reviews like how you would do for several other websites just to add the legitimacy towards not just the product, but the community surrounding it as well.

Don’t spend money here. Full stop.
I had the app for a few years, and even “bought books” to read.. get a physical copy from Amazon for the same price. You “buy” a book on here, just for them to decide that you no longer get to read it, but they keep your money. I will NEVER download a comic book app again. As for IDW, I’ll find the books for free on a torrent site. I tried being honest, but they burned me on their end. Lesson learned.
