No recovery
If you forget your username you cannot reset it. You never get the email to reset information and if you enter the card number the app still says it’s sending an email.

I put it the forgot username and it just keeps saying forgot password in my emails??!!! So frustrating… phone number or email doesn’t work in the username says guest not found …..

I love Bigfoot. Been go for years. People are super nice, they care about their customers they are always helpful when trying new drinks. I love their mega foot drinks.
Worst app best drinks
It logged me out of my account randomly and only gives me the option to login with my username, that I unfortunately forgot, apparently there is absolutely no way to find or reset my username even if it claims there are options unfortunately it’s so poorly made that when I click to find my username it sends me a link to reset my password instead, it’s incredibly frustrating to not be able to even have access to the app that has become completely useless to have downloaded on my phone

Terrible app
Impossible to use app. Hard to add money to or use gift cards with. Impossible to use newly reset password with. Deleted.

Used to use it
I used this every time I’d go to Bigfoot. Now the app doesn’t open. It force closes when I click to open it. I’ve deleted it and redownloaded it many times, I’ve cleared cache, I’ve restarted my phone. Nothing works, it use to work and now it doesn’t.

Log in issue
I’ve been trying to log in but I’ve forgotten my username and I cannot reset my username. I go to the option to reset either my username or password but it keep resetting my password and not my username pls help.

Today, started like most days. Rainy, windy with a hint of bad day hanging over it.
Made my way to BigFootJava and suddenly….the day became Legendary.
After I left with my Mythical Mocha, I was immediately pulled over by a local Sheriff who asked me “what are you doin in this here town” to which I replied “becoming Legendary”.
He was so impressed by my response he wrote himself a ticket for being weak and feeble.
Moral of the review? Be Legendary, drink BigFootJava.
Made my way to BigFootJava and suddenly….the day became Legendary.

I’m trying to sign in to my account because I tried signing up not realizing I had an account already; so as I try and type in my username and password I don’t remember my username so it takes me to this page saying to put my email in to retrieve my username, all it would do is send me an email to reset my password it gave me no username so now i can’t get in because the app isn’t doing what it’s supposed to do.
