EVERY time it dies I have to re syinc it like I do not have time for that but I think it because I got it in like 2023 or 2024 I don’t remember And when I put how much I way * idk how to spell like how heavy u are* it was obesity I CANT HELP THAT IN 33.43 KILOS LIKE WAHT IM I MENT TA BE 12? OR SMTH and it dies rlly quick

It is so good and I am the owner of it and I’m a kid so cool and anyone who wants to buy a should definitely do it and some of them have great protect like you can like change stuff the app on your phone. It is so cool

Habit bugs
I can’t set times for ‘habits’. Every time set defaults to midnight. Kinda a big part of the app and watch.
Neat device but terrible app
My kids are stoked about their new fitness bracelets but the app is TERRIBLE. It can only be connected to one device at a time and has the establish a connection every time which then disconnects you from the other device. If you've got multiple kids and hoped to monitor both simultaneously, I encourage you to consider another brand until BIGGERFIVE gets this sorted out.

Needs to be a lot better
I keep getting logged out which is a pain when the phone doesn’t seem to save the password. I also have three kids with watches and I find the experience syncing up three watches fairly horrible. I could give more detailed information but I’m currently logged out and can’t get back into my account.

It’s kind of annoying how Everytime the watch dies I have to log in and download and redo it all again I already had problems syncing in the first place now I have to redo it every time it dies like bro fix this please but otherwise good

Watch keeps resetting at 5,000 steps for no reason and even when I put my email and password in the log in button doesn’t work and neither does retrieve password when I try to reset my password to try to clear things up. Overall extremely sloppy service. Just use FitBit

The app it good, but if I try to edit the activity, it sets to 12 am. I do not want my alarm to go off at midnight. Very annoying. But otherwise, it’s quite good!

Amazing Watches, very Smart
The watches are amazing, and so is the app! It is very easy to go in the app and figure everything out! I have 2 watches, Brave 2 and another one I forget the name of. They are both very amazing, but just a note to the developer, that in the future, maybe in a watch update, you can make a passcode on the app so the watch is more secure. On that note, the watches and the app is absolutely amazing and I would recommend buying a watch, and obviously getting the app, if you have a watch. Also, the games on the watches are very cool and fun for younger kids. The parental control is also very nice and easy to use!
