Used to be good
I have used this app for a long time… it used to be great but it has been glitchy and AI customer service is terrible and it never fixed before I let it run out a week ago. I used to recommend it to EVERYONE but because of the glitchiness that never got fixed, the terrible customer service and the price it’s a NO for me. I am now looking for a new teleprompter app as I have a lot of work and auditions to get through. Ugh!

I couldn't add my name to the text of the video that was saved. You could have this possibility in the free plan and/or with credits you earn when you are a new user.
Zero customer service
THE worst company to deal with AND their product is inferior. Forget using your laptop or desk top because the video doesn’t sync with the audio. It’s 2026 and you would think that technology just started last year (at least for this company). By the way the customer service BOT if human would be considered a poor soul with a low IQ.

Worth it!
Ok I was super skeptical but omg the ai video alone is impressive. There was a minor glitch but it was because I kept rewinding but I was shocked. Great job to the developers and a great starter app for shy people like myself. Thank you for building this
Ich habe bereits die pro Version und soll nochmal Kaufen.
Und man hat keine Möglichkeit den Support anzuschreiben. So kann man natürlich auch seinen Umsatz generieren.
Glitching and closing
I used to love this app but now I’m getting irritated because every time I try to use it it keeps freezing and then closing. I can’t even get through 10 seconds let alone in one minute video.

I really wanted to love BIGVU because the teleprompter is great when it works. Unfortunately, the live streaming feature has been a huge disappointment.
I’ve spent over two hours troubleshooting. I’ve updated the app, restarted my phone, disconnected and reconnected Facebook, logged out and back in, checked permissions, followed every step from BIGVU support, and even worked through additional troubleshooting with ChatGPT. Nothing has resolved the issue.
Every time I try to go live, I get “Error initiating live session.” At this point, the live feature simply doesn’t work, making it impossible for me to use one of the main reasons I subscribed.
I hope the developers fix this soon because the app has potential, but right now I can’t recommend it if reliable live streaming is important to you.

Use another app
Relentlessly asks for your data and to connect to local devices. Constantly asking for money. The app is essentially unusable between all the cash grabs and attempts to invade your privacy
Poor equality
The app is constantly messing up, your support department never responds, and now as I write this for some unknown reason I can’t use the app to edit my content when hooked up to my home internet network! And true to nature your support department will not respond!! You all suck
