The Worst I’ve Encountered In My Lifetime
This app is completely useless and rubbish. Whoever gives this app more than 1 star is an obviously not well and needs to be checked out mentally and medically. If there’s reviews with more than 1 star, they are definitely bots! I have 5 videos on one device that won’t load on the app and the app keeps crashing. On my other device which is 2tb by the way, the app takes ages to download your videos. It has to save them twice to the app when you upload them to website of the app. Then save the video again when you add your captions and stuff! It took me 7 hours to download 10 videos off the app today. Which meant I missed my deadline! IF YOU WANT TO LOSE YOUR JOB, NOT MEET DEADLINES, BE LOOKED AT AS UNSERIOUS CONTENT CREATOR, this is the app for you!

Poor match of video and audio
Very frustrating in that it consistently renders an audio that lags the video especially once subtitles are added. Only option is then to upload to CapCut or other editing software to align.
Randomly changed configurations on me and wiped out all of my videos and scripts.
So I was in the middle of editing a video, and suddenly a random window opens up, allowing me to post my videos with the click of one button. I bypass that option, and suddenly the app layout looks completely different and every single one of my recordings are deleted.
Every single one of them.
My scripts are also gone.
Every SINGLE one of them.
If this isn’t a nasty glitch than this app is borderline worthless. If it’s a glitch, then this app is completely unreliable.
Oh, and your viewers will absolutely know that you’re looking at a script. The only way to make it look like you’re looking at your camera lens is if you’re looking at the very top of your screen just below the lenses.
This app definitely does not live up to the hype from their ads.
Update: the makers tried to communicate with me, but it seemed like they weren’t actually reading my messages and it turned into a back-and-forth. I ended up deleting the app.
Every single one of them.

Credits are exhausted fast
Upgraded from plus 2 pro
Readily took my money but software doesn’t upgrade. Only purchased to use ai twin and my own voice to create text to vid content. Failed to work. Deleted and try to restore purchase absolute shambles. Asked for a refund what I really want is what I was promised

Sao canalhas. Pegou meus creditos, nao geroy nada que prometeu. roubou mais de 300 reais no meu cartao e nao tem como cancelar. NAO INSTALEM ISSO. Grava e tudo. Na hora de exportar, ele simplesmente não dá prosseguimento. Comprei e quero dinheiro de volta.

Script doesn’t follow very well
Script just stop scrolling in the middle of the recording. Does not work for horizontal videos. Not good for YouTube.
Clunky & Expensive
Gave it a shot, but everything I tried to do added more cost. Then it took forever to get cancelled and turn off the marketing emails. I would call this app pushy…aggressively trying to separate you from your wallet.
Landscape
The app does not seem to support landscape video. All the buttons and options shift with the turning of the device itself as they should but the final product is an unusable, compressed and visually squeezed video.
It’s not what is to be expected and what is needed coming out of a landscape recording. Would be a great app that truly competes with the major players if the output of a landscape recording preformed as one would expect. In

I absolutely love this app. Only reason for not giving it Five stars is lately It has been glitching and not allowing me to record video while using the Teleprompter. I don’t understand what is wrong. But when it works properly, I can’t recommend this app enough. It is extremely useful.

all I can do is repeat myself they've messed up their program made it too damn difficult for people to get into it. They're trying to recharge me again for a new fee.

Disappointed and letdown
I’ve been using big view for the last seven months to make my content more cohesive using ChatGPT to write a script, refining it and then uploading it into the Teleprompter and recording my video in small 30 second takes did not incur an issue until recently when they decided to add no big surprise an AI assistant instead of actually using a human being to answer chats when there’s a concern involving their software this then prompted me to wait a week for a phone call from there tech people while they proceeded to email me and try to hash it out over three days. I didn’t make the phone call because after I complained enough in email problems started to resolve themselves however, once again this app is closing out mid script. I think they’ve added too many features to a basic Teleprompter app not everything has to have AI guys your sprinting to join a race that isn’t even being run, I continue to use the app, but the fact that I have to uninstall it to reinstall it just so I can get it to work is goddamn ridiculous.

Charge to upgrade but no features
They charge you 33.99 to upgrade but then tell you all the features you want are on the next upgrade. Ridiculous
It crashes a lot
I have the paid version and just recorded a 20m video; it showed it was saving, but it wasn’t saved. I lost everything. It always crashes when you are recording.
