It charged my card the 10 dollar security deposit but gave me a payment error banner right after. Lol?

Issues with account set up

Keep receiving a use another email request when I am trying to create an account.

Haven’t ever ridden any of the bikes, every email I have used has popped up with this.

First electric bike ride

It was so nice to see this electric bike rental station at the park when I took my kids. My husband and each kid took turns and it was so easy for all of us to navigate! I was a bit leery of it being hard to handle or too fast, but my youngest is 10 and he got it right away. Such a fun and affordable way to play at the park. This cost $1 to ride the first minute and only .25¢ per minute after.

Junk

First off the support team are not nice. It’s a total rip off. It is a not secure way to pay. (Easily hacked so watch your card account). One bike wasn’t locked good luck with that. Bike is heavy and junky. You’d be better off buying your own.

New version is broken

Since the most recent iOS update the app has had issues starting and ending rides. One of the most common problems is being unable to take/submit pictures to end trips. Now they have frozen my account because the app would not allow me to submit photos to end the trip.

No email

Never recvd an email to confirm the code

Bike app not working properly

The RideKC Bike app is stuck on the screen to take a picture showing the locked bike. It will not activate my phone camera to submit a photo and close out the trip.

Broken bikes

Half the bikes are broken.

Ride KC

I love that KC has these electric bikes. So easy to get around the city. The app can be glitchy but the customer service is on point.

I love this app, I love these bikes. I recently bought an E bike after years of using the ride KC bikes and I still use the Ride KC system about once a month. The app can have small glitches but usually as soon as I notice a glitch the team already has an update fixing it that I forgot to download. This bike system is incredible, I can not recommend it enough. I really appreciate the constant feedback loop on both sides (I can complain about bikes with low batter or seats that sink while you ride and they can email me to critique my parking). It makes everyone better in the long run.

Very easy to use technology!!

False advertising - no bikes in JoCo in winter

From everything on their website and the JCP&R website, you’d think there are RideKC bikes in JoCo and Lenexa. But they are gone for 25% of the year. I wish this was mentioned SOMEWHERE on any website but you won’t figure it out until you download the app and look for a bike.

So Helpful

I rode the bike all the way home to Kansas from downtown in the rain and left my wallet in the basket. They respond quickly and got it back to me. It might have been rainy but I didn’t have to spend $40 on a Lyft or Uber.

Terrible

Support is non existent and doesn’t respond for weeks at a time. They’ll charge you various amounts with no details or documentation. They’ll also lock your account before they contact you as requested weeks before.

Love it!
