Don’t bother using them for any of your occasions. They customer support is a joke and they take the full amount before checking the vendor’s availability, and once they cancel (which they do most of the time) they will take more than 21 days to refund your money.

The second time I ordered saj sandwich for gatherings, they contacted me 6 hours later saying they don’t deliver to location.
Very Very disappointing and really bad customer service. They didn’t even tell me it was their fault not the vendor.

طلبنا كاترينق ودفعنا بعدها بيوم كنسلو الطلب و وهقونا واداره سيئه و غير متعاونه بدل ما يراضونا اخر مره نتعامل مع الابلكيشن الواحد المفروض يطلب دايركت من المطعم نفسه وشكرا

لا يحق لك الالغاء الا قبل الوقت المحدد ب ٢٤ ساعة والطلب يتأخر بالساعات وخدمة العملاء سيئة جدا.
