Worst customer service
I have placed an order at 7:45 after 45 minutes you calling me and telling me that few items are not available, again i placed and new order and its almost 10 i am still waiting for my order , better i should cancel this order and raise a complaint on your shop. This is how you treat your customer ? I am waiting from past 2 hours for my order. KATCH bot customer service reply after like 5-10 minutes, not at all satisfied with the customer service and app gets hanged in between. I don’t even want to rate 1 star but they are forcing to rate.
