I have placed an order at 7:45 after 45 minutes you calling me and telling me that few items are not available, again i placed and new order and its almost 10 i am still waiting for my order , better i should cancel this order and raise a complaint on your shop. This is how you treat your customer ? I am waiting from past 2 hours for my order. KATCH bot customer service reply after like 5-10 minutes, not at all satisfied with the customer service and app gets hanged in between. I don’t even want to rate 1 star but they are forcing to rate.

Here's a rephrased version of your review: I'm extremely dissatisfied with the Katch app for food delivery. The customer service is subpar, and representatives often argue with customers even when they're in the wrong. Delivery times are excessively long, often taking over 2 hours, and when I've complained, they've simply pointed to the app's estimated time of arrival (ETA) of 170 minutes. This is unacceptable. I've experienced these issues multiple times, with this being the third instance of delayed delivery. I believe the app should be removed from the app store until the company improves its customer service and delivery times. At the very least, they should hire a competent customer service team to address these issues and work towards providing a better experience for users.

I paid through katch app through farej swaleh, later farej sawleh guy asked me to pay again , i paid when i said to katch why was i charged again by catch they said bot our concern, better stay away from startups, all there customer support chat data was wiped , not sure what they are doing

Worst customer service, no proper update for ETA, time increases automatically, no proper driver allocation, customer support doesn’t answer soon. Food arrives cold. Most of the time orders delivered without being delivered.
Bad customer support
Pathetic customer support. Even the bot takes minutes to answer and their what's app support is dead too. What's app support gives you an automated reply "contact our in app support" . Their in app bot is dead. Look for alternative apps.
